Scam. Never shipped product. Won’t respond to explain where the shoulder braces are. Trying to get refund through AMEX.

I ordered 2 shoulder harnesses from the company. I received a message from the Post office saying my order is being held for insufficient postage. I contacted the company twice to inform they. After waiting weeks I cancelled the order. They have only given me a partial refund and are not answering my emails. I can't rate the product but I can definitively say that their customer service is horrible. How do you mail an order out without paying the proper postage? Why are you incapable of sending a full refund. Stick to ordering shoulder brace from Amazon. At least you know you can return the product and get your money back.

Honest portrayal. Reasonable price. Fast shipping. Easy ordering process. It's provided my frozen shoulder with the support it needs.

J’ai commandé l’epauliere et j’ai trouvé le suivi et la communication avec Kinetix Gear top. Personnellement ça s’est bien passé.

This brace was a complete waste of money and did absolutely. Fit is like a bad halloween costume, there is no shoulder or arm fitting, so you look like a lopsided hunchback. No support or benefit even if the fit was bad, seriously no chance of wearing under clothing, all the pictures are airbrushed. I wish i had read the reviews before as its an awful product, awful company, and awful customer service.

This brace was a complete waste of money and did absolutely nothing for me. When I tried to return it, I found out that despite shipping from Houston, Texas, the company requires returns to be sent to Canada at an outrageous cost. The company was dismissive, unhelpful, and clearly unconcerned with customer satisfaction. It feels like their entire return process is designed to discourage people from sending products back. Awful product, awful company, and awful customer service.

I ordered some shoulder braces. Also some gloves. They sent me size "S" gloves, maybe would fit a child. Also they charged me $39 for a guidance book that was suppose to be free with my order. They did reimburse me that. However, the braces did not work at all. So full guarantee right?? I asked for the return address to ship them, which was Ontario CA. Jessica gave me a Canada return address?? cost to ship back was $43.55. Talk about a RIP off?? Why didn't I get the CA address to return it to. and come to find out, they have a main corporate building in Wyoming? Please, spare yourself some misery. Go on Amazon if you want to try these out. Return fee should have been no more than $6 being under 2 lbs. And I never did get the free guide book, which I sent it all back, including the tiny gloves. Ridiculous, pathetic and that is not 100% return guarantee. More like take advantage, charge more and I will file fraud if I do not get my $90 back. They should do the right thing and reimburse me back mostly for that outrageous return fee. I never used them. Got a pack of two. I tried it on, and the strap would not stay in place. Did I get conned all the way around.

This business is a scam. I paid to get the shoulder brace, they state they have a 30 day return policy. I am in the process of trying to figure out how to do this return. In the meantime, they charged me an additional $39. On Christmas Day. I had already paid for the braces they were delivered. They have my payment card information and are randomly charging me. Do not do business with these people.

Purchased shoulder brace, but the product does nothing to stabilize my shoulder. It is useless. I reached out to their support via email, and received no response. After 6 days, I called the number which said to email them. Not an honest outfit

Ordered back in October - paid for expedited shipping 7.95 - said my braces were delivered on October 30th - never received them! Have emailed numerous times no response- phone number they have listed is bogus - have disputes on my cc but yet they can respond to the cc saying it was delivered but cannot email me back! Looks like I got scammed - do not order from this company!

I would give it a negative but that's not an option. Scam company - do not order. Items do not work. Zero customer service - address is not correct - Address is for a doman company. Phone number is shared by multiple company's. No return emails or calls when I have tried 7 times.

The companies customer service is rubbish and they’ve failed to respond to my numerous requests for the promised 30 day refund.

Product doesn't work as advertised. Offered 2-7 day delivery, shipped COD for $14. No number to call for return #. No answer from customer service.

I have sent numerous emails on October 6, 2025, October 9, 2025 , October 29, 2025 and three (3) times through the  "Contact Us" through Kinetix Gear website with NO response. The lack of response did not give me confidence in their company. They make a promise "Try us for 30 days. Not in love? Full refund." I have asked them to please send me a return authorization for these products. I will return them for a full refund. It seems they are stalling so my order goes past the 30-day return policy! I have also tried calling, leaving messages and get zero response!

Stay well clear of this company. Terrible product and won't return emails

**Stay Away From This Company — Terrible Product and Zero Customer Support**

I strongly advise everyone to stay far away from this company. Their “Kinetix Shoulder Brace” is one of the worst products I’ve ever purchased.

I emailed them **seven times** asking for help and a refund — not a single reply. Instead, I started receiving **sales ads** from them, including offers like “buy two braces for the price of one,” and even requests for a **positive review** while they continued to ignore my messages.

It’s clear they stall communication just to push customers past their **30-day refund guarantee**.

In my experience, this company cannot be trusted. **Avoid them completely.**

This review is for their customer service only. Basically, there isn’t any. I placed an order shortly after I moved, and unfortunately the incorrect shipping address was applied to my order. My fault, period.

But no one answers their phone and I’ve had zero responses to the multiple emails I’ve sent over a period of several days attempting to rectify the problem. So again, based solely on their “customer service”, one star.

The cut makes it effectively useless as a clothing item, let alone training gear.
I’ve had / have 7 other Gis of varying brands.
By comparison, the fit is excessively slim - even for my slim frame. The front and rear sections of material are a good 3 inches narrower than my other Gis. This means I can’t tie the Gi closed!
Strangely though, the pants are excessively long. At least 4 inches longer than others.
So, despite low price, reasonable material, fit is absolute deal breaker.

the shoulder braces are very uncomfortable and cannot wear them for more than 2 minutes! don't work at all to relieve the pain anyway.
I tried to reach the company with 4 different emails and a phone call with no answers
DO NOT BUY THIS!!!!
