Based on a recommendation I contacted Kinetic Law to ask them to act for me on a cost recovery issue. The solicitor at the firm who handled the matter proved to be thorough, knowledgeable, persistent, experienced, committed and impressively adept. He was always responsive to my communications (an important factor for me as it is indicative of the level of ongoing attention) and energetically steered the matter through to an early, entirely successful outcome. Very poor service received by kentic law, this company should not be allowed to trade, just lies upon lies, never reply to your calls or emails. Nearly 3 years since my claim was excepted by kentic, now being told to find alternative law firm due to there incompetence. Not a happy at all if anybody is thinking of giving work to this firm steer clear.
