I was advised to use hanif at kenetic law hanif wasn't helpful at all he just took my money and did very very little for me he was too busy with local elections was promised he would help with the refund of my deposit I put a complaint in regarding the service I got from hanif he then decided to contact me and assured me he would help me so I dropped the complaint as soon as this was done never heard from Mr hanif I will not be using kenetic again due to this person he wasn't truthful and he made an already stressful situation worse on the other hand natasha his secretary was amazing helped and put me at ease and did so much more for me then Mr hanif speaks volumes highly disappointing

My experience started off ok, emails back and forth ect, and things seemed positive. I live outside the UK, so I was trying to arrange the mandatory hearing test for when I was in the country.

Now it seems they are ignoring me, and not replied to one of my emails in 5 months.

I travel next week and have not managed to arrange anything, thus wasting my time. I could of used that time focusing on another company.

Thankyou Kinetic Law, perhaps I should sue them as I have now lost any chances of moving forward with any claims as it is doubtful I will step foot in the country again.

Complete waste of my time, so no, I would NOT RECOMMEND them.

So far a no star rating.

I have written to the Senior Partner and am awaiting a response and comments on the handling of my case.

Used for claim against the MOD. Very poor communication, even when requested.

We used this firm unfortunately for our personal injury claim. Our case was being dealt with by UMAIMA MULLA who is highly unprofessional did not complete the case properly which caused us losses on our side. No updates on what’s happening what so ever and then they claim they have been working out of hours for us. They have totally messed my husbands case up and we are the ones who are still chasing.

I had a very positive experience with Kinetic Law. They handled a medical negligence claim for myself and my case handler was Nayla Yusuf. She was extremely professional and communicated well via email. She persevered to get me the best deal when speaking to the defendants and I am very happy with the outcome. The Kinetic Law has been very helpful in explaining things in my accident claim. Shoaib Elahi has been clear in his approach in letting me know as to exactly how things are in the personal injury claim. Although the claim has taken over twelve months which is alot longer than I had anticipated! Taking 25% of the claim is better thanwhat slot of the legal firms charge.
