Just purchased our new caravan
Just purchased our new caravan from Kimberley caravans we only went to look and fell in love with this Swift Exclusive Major 2025 it was a great offer with a free motor mover which clinched the deal Darrell was very helpful no pressure and he answered all of our questions The handover process on day of collection Darrell explained every part of the caravan including full demonstration he even put our number plate on our caravan

We knew what we were looking for and after speaking to Matt, we clicked immediately and our experience was made more pleasurable because of this. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous at all times. An absolute pleasure to deal with. Very happy with the price of our new caravan that we collected on Friday 12th September and we would be very happy to deal with Matt again. Great experience. Our first caravan
From our initial visit,just to look we fell in love with our perfect caravan. Darrell who looked after us was so knowledgeable advising is on everything. At the handover a couple of weeks later we met by Darrell who gave us a very in-depth handover,hooking us up and even putting number plate on the van.
In our honest opinion we could not have been treated any better, nothing was rushed at all. Darrell is a credit to Kimberly caravans in Nottingham,a true professional, friendly and knowledgeable man THANK YOU from us both

Not impressed
Didn't check everything before the collection of the motorhome. Sent motorhome in a few times for specific repairs while under warranty. Free 1 year warranty expired, and the specific repair requests are still not fixed

Great service all round
Great service all round. Very efficient team. Quickly sorted a couple of minor issues with our new (to us) ‘van, while we waited. Really enjoying our new caravan and quite proud that you sold our part exchange within 24 hours (or there abouts!)

Swift Basrcamp BC2…
The purchase of my Swift Basrcamp BC2 was a super experience, the best I have ever received at a caravan dealers over 35 years of caravanning.
Richard is very knowledgable being an experienced caravanner himself. The sale and handover process was excellent and was even better as Richard sold and did the handover himself. I would certainly recommend Kimberley Caravans.

Sales man came around to value my…
Sales man came around to value my caravan , said only market was a customer he had abroad and caravan was going to be shipped abroad in a container to Dubai and that the max he would pay is 3.5k after wanting 4.2k , then all of a sudden they have it for sale on their web site for 8k , I know they have to make a profit but to blatantly lie though your teeth is not a good sales technique , van “Buccaneer Schooner 2007” would not deal with these people ever again .

Hi David, I’m sorry to read your comments, but I want to be clear that there was no dishonesty involved. The offer we made was based on market conditions and what we believed was achievable at the time. You were under no pressure or obligation to accept it.
We later chose to retail the caravan instead of trading it on, which means we take on full liability, include a warranty, complete servicing and valeting, and pay VAT, all of which reduce the margin significantly. The retail price reflects those additional costs and responsibilities as we are a business at the end of the day.
We always aim to be fair and transparent in how we operate, and I'm sorry you feel let down. That said, if you'd like to revisit the sale and have the caravan back, you're more than welcome to discuss that with us.

Very responsive after sales service
We have had some items that need attention on our new Coachman. This would normally be a worry bead for us, but the after sales customer care that we are receiving from Kimberley is excellent. The sales process was very good, but the pickup from that point has been first rate, by both William and Lindsey. This review relates specifically to our visit in July, anything that could be done on the day was done and the outstanding ones are awaiting input, or components, from Coachman. We have no doubt in my mind that the Customer Service Team , at Kimberley , will resolve those that have been carried forward. We can highly recommend this dealer, on our experience to date… having a dedicated Customer Service / Support team is a real plus.

I’ve used them for two transactions one for a caravan the other a motorhome
The first went well with good service the second was poor still have unanswered question 8 months on.
