Where do I start
Where do I start, basically everything after the sales experience has been shambolic.
A wheel trim fell off on the way home from dealer, kimberley offered to replace them but the ones they sent were not only different but also didn't fit.
The carpets that came with the vehicle have been lost, when I queried this I was fobbed off with a poor excuse.
Since then I've on several occasions tried to chase up the wheel trim issue but nobody ever gets back to you.
The water pump has since gone on the vehicle, I'm not expecting a positive response from kimberley regarding this issue, they have been informed in person at the front desk but surprise surprise nobody has contacted me about this either.

Poor Customer Service
Left a review about Kimberley Caravans (Darlington) regarding their poor customer service, they replied saying they'd be in touch to discuss the matter....unfortunately that was on the 8th December and Im still waiting for them to contact me...confirming how poor their customer service is!

Excellent Purchase of Elddis Avante 868
The whole buying process was straight forward, non pressured and accommodating of my family needs.
The caravan was clean and well presented. Buying the accessories was again straight forwarded and education, making informative recommendations and listening to our needs.

Great flexibility to drop off and pick up my van
Due to snow and ice I wasn’t able to pick up my campervan after a couple of warranty jobs had been done. They were great, allowing me to pick it up a couple of days later when the weather improved.

Terrible communication regarding a long standing issue Ive had with my caravan which i bought new from Kimberley.....probably the worst customer service Ive ever experienced.

We have just bought a new Swift Kontiki Kontiki…
We have just bought a new Swift Kontiki [Show room model] and the service/handover was very good indeed. We had a walk through, talk through of the on-board 'Command' unit and Aldi heating system along with a demonstration of how to put up the awning. The team answered all our novice questions without hesitation and set up the tracker for us. Since then we have been back several times buying bits and bobs to help us along the way. The staff at Kimberly are knowledgeable, approachable and friendly.

Collecting our new caravan.
We had a great experience buying our new caravan from Richard at the Darlington branch. We part exchanged our van with them and we got exactly the same price as offered once they saw our van. From initially viewing the new caravan to driving away with it, Richard and the staff were very informative and gave us plenty information as to when the new van would arrive and be ready for us to collect it was a pleasure, handover day was very well organised and got shown all the things working on the van by Richard, and would definitely use Kimberly Caravans again in the future 😀.
