KILOS GEAR Recensioni

So happy with my new product! The camping fan is so quiet and efficient and was a game changer festival camping in hot weather recently. Also good for home for hot nights as it is so quiet. It's way better than your average portable fan.

Very happy with product although delivery time was quite long
Thanks

I ordered a camping pad from Kilos Gear. When I received it, it was not as advertised and was very noisy when you laid on it. I went through the return process within the 30 day return window. Everything is done by AI auto-response email. I shipped the new unused item back to them to the address they provided and it's been over 30 days since they received it and no refund.

Easy ordering, quick shipment of pad

Nice features, warm, bright and great design.
Haven’t used it on a trip yet but looking forward to it!

Great, light weight and easy to put together...

Easy to inflate and deflate. Packs down small. LOVED the 4 inch thickness!! Was able to sleep on either side as well as my back with no discomfort. Pad did not lose air even after sleeping on it. And the length was super for me, as I am 6'3" tall.

The chair is very comfortable, packs down fairly small and the adjustability is great. The only con in my mind is that it is a bit awkward to assemble. I'm sure it will become easier the more frequently I assemble it.

We have been on the fence about purchasing our light - but man are we thankful we made the jump! This thing is ridiculously cool!

Good, useful products that are well constructed and fit my need for sturdy lightweight essential car camping gear that take up less space than similar traditional camping gear.

The website was easy to navigate and order. Delivery was quick. When I had a question about my order, the customer support team responded quickly and answered all my questions. Can’t wait to use my brand new sleeping pad next month.

I like the pad. The included inflation bag could use some improvement. There’s really no great way to inflate the inflation bag that results in a very large volume of air being in it to inflate the pad. Its only real benefit is to possibly retain some of the moisture from your breath so it doesn’t end up inside the sleeping pad. We will probably end up purchasing one of those micro sized battery powered inflator pumps to inflate the pad.

Got the travel Fan, works perfectly. Good battery life.. good speed options. Noice bit on higher side.. but okay for outside use. Love the feasibility of use and built quality

Used the light for the first time last weekend.
Product is very sturdy and made very well
Great light output and many different ways to utilise the system.
Battery life at this point seems amazing

Highly recommend and will be purchasing again.

I bought the 5R mattress and pillow as gifts for a teenager who camps a lot. She was doing a scout expedition for a week and found my gift upon her return of a 19 km hike. She said she was so happy she wanted to cry! She slept very well the whole time. The delivery was very fast (8 days, I live in Canada). VEry happy with my purchase.

I was able to use my new chair in time for my grandkids little league baseball tournament for a week straight. It was comfortable, so easy to set up and take down and believe me we had a lot of those with all the rain delay delays I’ve had several lightweight chairs, but this one by far is the most comfortable yet. I am going to get the canopy for it. Originally I didn’t because I have a Customer Gear umbrella, but I tend to share that with my granddaughters so canopy it is. I definitely recommend these chairs.

Package is not at my doorstep, not in my driveway now my yard. Try again.

I’m am thrilled with my recent purchase of a sleeping pad and pillow! It arrived very quickly after I submitted my order!
We just finished a 5 day backpacking trip to Alaska and the pad was great with a R value of 5 I never got cold even on 3 different glaciers! Highly recommend!

Fab emailed company as needed delivery date and promptly sorted pleased with the items 👍xx

The process from order to delivery was good. The chair is more comfortable than I expected, is very light and well made.
