No way of knowing how delivery is done order on plenty of time for Xmas and chased and find out 29/12 if it actually turns up- avoid
After a week of communicating with this company their service is ridiculous! A week of emails and no solution that is based on customer needs!
Avoid this company at all costs

I have been searching for thr liquorice pipes for a while and was happy to find them for a good price at killer candy. The service from killer candy was fast and efficient. Very happy with the whole experience.

Order came very quickly even immediately prior to Christmas. Well priced and delivered exactly as stated

Ordered 2 weeks ago - marked as dispatched, never received, told was 'lost in transit' and order was on the way via Evri on Friday, Monday no and nothing has turned up and not responding to emails

Unsure why such bad reviews, ordered the sweets and received the sweets a few days later. No issues and my kids are going to love the sweets for Xmas!

Brilliant service. The item was absolutely perfect, arrived quickly and just as described. The packaging was great too, lots of bubble wrap and a strong outer box. I would definitely order from this shop again. Thank you very much.

Order finally arrived after over two weeks.

DO NOT USE! Terrible customer service. Never received my orders - ordered with them twice. They refuse to provide courier tracking info. DO NOT USE!

Although customer service was very responsive I have not received my order. Three times I have been told the item has been dispatched and three times the order has never materialised. I was initially told the items were to be delivered by Evri, twice the box was never delivered and apparently went missing! I was then told the replacement would be sent with Royal Mail with proof of posting, it never arrived! Avoid buying from this company, you'll be paying for fresh air!!

Order no 1674. Despite being told that my order had been refunded on 4th June due to non delivery I have still not received my refund. They have had my money since early May. Avoid this company as they will just rip you off

I would avoid this business like the plague !!! Item never arrived , was told it was lost in transit which seems to happen a lot to this company judging by the reviews . Was told they would send out more but nothing arrived and now not answering my email . I shall be reporting you because I actually was very patient and said I would wait for more to be sent out . How silly was I 😡

Omg do not waste your money.
After over two weeks no order received,they have stopped replying to emails regarding my order,they should be reported to trading standards on the 7th they said that they had issued me a full refund,10 days later still no refund received!!

Not sure why they have so many bad reviews, my order was super quick, spot on, and a great price.

Please avoid this company like the plague, they don’t deliver what you ask, then pretend to send real ones, then lie to say they are the ones you’ve asked for, and so ask for refund and 1 week later I’m still waiting for it.. ordered the sweets in feb 2025!!!
