I have a actually never had a bad experience with Kilimall up until today when I went to collect my parcel at their hub at Mombasa Road Royal Mabati. The guy that served me had the worst customer service, the lady was busy on phone and they served me at their convenience.... at least treat your clients like decent human beings. He ruined my morning and my experience with you guys .
Left company nearly 3 years ago and still shown on website even though I've requested multiple times to be removed as this is a miss representation of the company showing employees who don't work there and also I no longer wish to have any association with Kilmal.
It's all about front with Kilmal but nothing to actually back it up. My profile sounds good on the website but I don't work there and as I said after asking numerous times it still hasn't been removed of which I've said I'll seek legal process if this continues. I now work for myself and after nearly 3 years I am being hindered by my connection to this sub standard company who sells the big story but new deliveries.
My business is built on reputation and quality.
Surely after nearly 3 years you would have more staff to advertise or am I still on there because they don't and are selling a lie to customers

She was very professional, patient, and quick in resolving the issue I had with my order. She listened carefully, gave clear updates, and followed through until the matter was solved.

Worst online company as anew seller am getting many challenges but their customer care numbers are never answered they just block calls,never pick neither do they answer emails
It's very slow and disgusting, poor communication from customer care, timeline numbers not working
