Working with Killian was a great experience overall. He is an expert in the world of productivity and performance which allows him to troubleshoot each individual issue as they arise.

His program started with quite a bit of learning which I loved because you won't be able to truly value what you are doing until you understand it.

After that, we scheduled out and balanced my schedule with new healthy habits and routines. This was extremely effective for me and restored balance to my life.

Throughout the rest of the program, we worked on each challenge as they came and made sure everything new that I was doing was sustainable.

I joined Kilian’s program 6 months ago this year. I was a disgruntled sales rep unsatisfied with the $ I was making, and a big part of that was due to my habits/routines or lack there of wasn’t where it needed to be.

Some of the biggest things Kilian and I worked on together were the following:

Before working with Kilian I spent a couple of months speaking and looking around at a lot of coaches, a lot of the coaches I spoke to seemed very dis-ingenuine, and didn't strike me with confidence. After speaking with Kilian and seeing the amount of high-value content he has put into the community I decided to take the leap with him.

When I joined Kilians Program I had been struggling with my mental health for a long time, which had been made worse by my lifestyle, but over the next few months of working 1on1 with Kilian, with the awesome community and going through all of the in-depth resources that were provided, we started making changes 1 step at a time.

Kilian's Coaching is a great experience for every entrepreneur who wants to level up not only business-wise but as a person.

Kilian makes sure that you're on the right track and is leading you to the right actions & next steps depending on where you're currently at. He's not following a one-size-fits-all procedure but really takes time to understand the current situation to then give recommendations and/or asks question so you yourself understand what the next step should be.

I was able to work 90 days with him and I truly see the difference and impact not only within the 90 days but going onwards. This is what he preaches all the time. It's about consistency rather than perfection.

While his training primarily focuses on the topics of health, nutrition, productivity and regeneration he also has a whole module on the mindset behind all of this.

Kilian has a really holistic approach to leveling you up. The 2 weekly calls are a great tool to connect with other entrepreneurs who have great questions in a variety of topics. We discussed basically everything there. Just by these calls you will already see a huge difference in your life.

Overall I can recommend Kilian to everyone who wants more consistency and better results without burning out

Even if I could have done all that on my own, it would have taken years to get all those learnings and improvements instead of just 3 months!
