Damage Item, No Replacement or Refund
My order of a Shirician grill arrived broken and inoperable. I contacted Kitchen, and they offered 20% off. I clarified with them that the item was inoperable and needed to be replaced. They then offered a 50% refund. I again let them know that the items were completely broken and not operational, and I needed a full refund or replacement. They did not respond, and I had to contact my CC co to file a dispute.

After reviewing your case, it is clear that the issue was caused by inadequate packaging, which led to the item arriving damaged. I understand how disappointing this must have been, and I am very sorry for the trouble it has caused you.
