I asked to get the bed rails exchanged for a different size but the customer support executives are useless, rude and don't know how to do the job. I was kept on hold for over 5 mins then the call was abruptly ended. Tried another number the girl shouted, "aap dusare number pe abhi baat kar rahe the na," and hung up the call. Zero decency, manners or any type of etiquette. If you do not wish to proceed with an exchange you can decline professionally but I don't think professionalism is something anyone has even heard of at kids station.
