Horrific
Ordered on Sunday for party on Saturday. Package was not even dispatched until 7 days after order placed. Trying to arranged return for refund but have to pay to send back.
Communication existed but it came across as "woe is the them".
This is not a professionally run company.

I've only provided the review as an email was sent to me asking to after my order.
If your address is unit 3, Marlborough, lancing bn15 btp. I still have the package by my front door, it would be great if you could let me know how to return it without incurring any most cost please.

Cheap stuff but not worth the hassle
Ordered £52 worth of stuff for the kids for Christmas.. Took just over 2 weeks to arrive. Some of the items I recieved were damaged, I emailed them about it, heard back about a week later saying they will refund the items that were damaged but I asked them to replace the damaged items as now 1 child has to go without which is unfair. They ignored my request and refunded 3 out of the 6 items that were damaged. Aviod this place!

Oh Vanessa what an awful mean spirited review you have given us here. You may be interested to know that the lady that tried to help you so much over this, ended up in tears over this cruel and inaccurate review. Firstly the order was delivered in the 6 working days that was advertised and not 2 weeks as you have stated. We have the dates you placed the order, when it was dispatched from us and when it was delivered to you.
You contacted us over the problems you had, one breakage of something in transit and five things where the packaging wasn't to your liking or had a very slight dent. Most of these small things will have not even been noticed by us or any of our customers but still the lady in question spent time sorting this out for you and took it on herself to refund 3 of the items and also a further amount. Had one of other service staff looked at this , the refund would have definitely been less.
You mention 'avoid this place ', why would you write such damaging words ? We as a team at the moment are working 18 hours a day, 7 days a week to try our best to keep up with the large volume of orders that are pouring in. We are doing our very best because we don't want to let our customers down. Sometimes a review comes along that causes us to think our efforts and sacrifices are not worth it but Vanessa, we then take a deep breath and have a look at the vast amount of fantastic reviews we get all across social media and sites like this and our faith in humanity is restored. It might interest you to know that Donna frequently gets emails letting her know how much her customer service has been appreciated.
I hope you can take a minute to look at what you have written and realise how harsh you have been

Hi Yvonne, we are sorry but if you check the emails you have sent us, you will see that you did not send the photos. Once we receive them we can sort this out for you. We know you are a regular customer so it is important to us that you are happy. Please be aware though things are taking a little longer than usual as we are absolutely swamped with orders and despite taking on more staff and working 18 hours a day are still a few days behind on everything
Faultless - highly recommend
Slight delay in dispatch but this was communicated so expected.
Parcel force were rubbish and didn't come both days they said they would and the box was a bit battered but "kids stuff for less" themselves are faultless. Cheap and cheerful goodies, everything arrived and most items exceeded expectations - great quality for the price, will recommend to friends and will definitely use again.

Thank you for your positive review, we do use Parcel Force and Royal Mail as generally we have found them more reliable than other couriers but they don't always get it 100% right which is a bit frustrating for us as we do everything our end possible to get the parcels out in reasonable time and also in a good condition
