Broken and missing items poor customer services
Unfortunately items missing and some of the items received were broken. Emailed over several days with videos ect and the only response I received was that the parcel was weighed and I have everything I ordered! Really very poor customer services and will not be ordering again. I would not recommend if you need these items like we did for a school fayre .
Having read response below I still feel unhappy- you completely ignored several emails from me - and think you’re justified by giving me a poor excuse! It’s irrelevant if the orders before me and after me weighed correctly or not - my order was incorrect ! I sent you videos of the pinball machines that were not working - how can I make that up the proof is in front of you- I stand by my review

Hi Laura we consider this review extremely unfair as we feel we did all we possibly could to investigate and assist in this matter. Having checked the order 4 times before dispatch and checking that the weight coincided with the full order contents, we are entitled to enquire from you if the box was damaged in any way and maybe some of the small party toy items had fallen out. In addition to this you then informed us that you were unhappy with the football pinball games. This is an item we have sold many thousands of without issue, we even spot checked quite a few in our warehouse but could find no issue whatsoever.
If you read reviews on this platform as well as many many reviews across social media you will see our customer service is rated very highly indeed so referring to as very poor, is extremely upsetting.
Good value products which were great…
Good value products which were great for themed party bags with good bulk buys. Good stop for cheap gift bag fillers. Swift dispatch after Bank Holiday. A little problem with the delivery company itself on the day but Kids for Less customer service were very helpful, checked up on the company and followed up to see if items had been delivered. Very helpful staff.

I have had a couple of orders from this…
I have had a couple of orders from this company and have not been disappointed! Superb selection of kids party bag fillers at brilliant prices. I order to fill up my year 1 class prize box. With no budget I buy them myself so really do have to watch the pennies. I can always find interesting items that the children are excited to choose from and if I'm honest I love to browse the site (research!). I would really recommend this company.
