Unkomplizierter Bestellvorgang
Der komplette Bestellvorgang war total einfach zu händeln. Die gelieferte Ware war von toller Qualität.
Außerdem schätze ich sehr, wenn Rechnungen per Überweisung beglichen werden können.

We are so sorry for this. According to the DHL portal, your package could not be delivered because they did not see your name on the delivery address. They cannot deliver a package to an incorrect address.
So unfortunately the package has been sent back to us now and will be handled as a return when it arrives back at our warehouse.
