10th July I ordered a doll, money was taken but still no Doll

On the 10th July I ordered a doll for my nieces 1st birthday. I received instant conformation that my order was complete and was given an order number. On the 14th July the money had been taken out of my account. I read terms and it said approx delivery date 7 to 10 days though some times this could be longer and do not contact until 60days had past.
Although the order tracking said sent its not ever progressed. I have tried to contact them but the email address is now unavailable. Its now 31st August I have no idea of where my doll is and the company has not made contact in any way. I am now follow this up as fraud.

Ordered an astronaut light

Ordered an astronaut light - when it finally arrived after 2.5 weeks, it was the wrong order - I contacted the company immediately and asked for the returns process. They replied to say a replacement correct order had already been sent, even though I didn’t ask for this. I have requested multiple times for return and refund details and have heard nothing. I will also be reporting to Trading Standards - do not order from this company!

Walford rag doll. Fake!

Ordered Waldorf Rag Doll. Took 2 weeks to arrive. Absolute rubbish! Nothing like doll advertised. Contacted Company who said you have to return doll back to China. Contacted company again after advice from Citizen advice advising 2015 consumer law and requesting 7 day reply and refund. To date no reply from Company!. Reported to Trading Standards.

Can't rate zero, stay away

Can't rate zero, ordered a doll and after 3 weeks a very substandard doll of a different type, in a squashed box has arrived. Requested return, offered 30% to keep it. Cost over 12 pounds to return to China, so debatable if it is worth it. Absolute con. Stay away.

Total con artists

Total con artists. I bought 2 creativity to go mini art sets for £32. Took weeks to arrive and they were just a tiny paper pad with no paints or brush . Do not waste your money

Absolute con!

Absolute con!! ordered a Handmade Waldorf Rag Doll, received a completely substandard doll that looked nothing like the one advertised. Quality was rubbish, it came tightly wrapped in a bit of plastic (obviously from China) no rabbit included, face nothing like the advert, hair a tatty mess!! attention to detail in the clothing non existent. I complained i was offered 40% discount and to keep the doll (Typical) or send it back to China which would cost over £12.00 - don't bother or waste your money

Terrbile product and Terrible Service

I ordered what looks like a beautiful doll for a friends little girl. It statedit would take two week but it took quite a bit longer and when it did arrive the quality was terrbile and looked nothing like the doll on the website. To get a return, they dont offer free returns and the return for the item is to China. The website suggests it is UK based so please be aware all items seem to be coming from China.

Money taken, no goods received

Ordered 2 dolls June 12th, money taken from my account June 16th with message to say parcel shipped. Nothing received to date. Emailed Kids-Picks and got gobbledegook reply about them “liaising with their logistics team” and still no date for delivery. The order tracking doesn’t work. I’ve emailed again and texted the contact number but no response. I am considering following this up as fraud.

Be wary of buying from them

Be wary of buying from them. I ordered 3 pairs of something 7 weeks ago, only 1 came. So I requested the other 2, they lied saying they sent it but it also ever came, and now awaiting weeks for a refund!

This website is a scam

This website is a scam. I came to Trustpilot to check reviews. All good, then used the link on here to access the site, thinking it was a legitimate site.
I placed an order. Over a month later still waiting for it. Emailed them a few times, got same vague response.
Total rip off - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE and from now on will not be trusting Trustpilot again.

* in response to the rude reply I have received on here, as there is no direct reply button. As I stated I have emailed and received useless responses. I have the replies and can send transaction details of the money taken from my bank account. Please give me an email address I can send the info you require to, and not one that takes days to reply. The transaction date was 28th March order no: KP-UK1161. The money was only taken from my account on 02nd April after I queried whether the goods I had ordered were genuine as I had seen the exact same items on Amazon and they had terrible reviews.

Decent support but slow response

I had an issue with my Transformer Magnet Vehicles order and reached out to Kids Picks' customer support for help. While they did eventually get back to me, the response time was slower than I expected. The issue was resolved, but I would have appreciated a quicker reply. The product itself is fine, but the customer support could definitely improve in terms of speed.

I bought the Waddling Duck Family…

I bought the Waddling Duck Family Children's Toy for my son, and while he enjoys watching the ducks waddle, I feel like the toy could be a bit more durable. The ducks are cute, but they tend to tip over easily, which can be frustrating. It’s still a fun toy for young children, but it could use some improvements in design.

Ordered a pillow two weeks ago and still have not received my order. I emailed and no response and the telephone number knocks off. Honestly believe this is a scam - all reviews on this page also from different names that have only ever posted 1 review!
