Had a drive over to the shop today to pick a ride on for my little ones 1st birthday.the choice and range is amazing and he helped with any questions we asked and advised us on what he think would best suit for what I wanted. I’m over the moon with my purchase and would recommend anyone wanting a ride on to have a trip down or order online. Thanks again kiddies motors 👍🏼

Our order was processed with incredible speed!! Less than 5 minutes after placing, I received a dispatch notice (still had to wait a few days for delivery but this was down to the shipping company and the fact we ordered on a Friday). I sent an email regarding personalisation on the order as I wasn't sure if it had submitted and I received an incredibly quick and polite response off the company. As for the product itself - WOW!!! The small details really make it something special. It's going to a absolutely make my sons 1st birthday! Definitely recommend kiddies motors:D

This was for my daughters 1st birthday, The car was scratched and all the stickers was peeled off,didn’t get her number plate. Very disappointed. Battery runs out very fast we had to on charge all night before her birthday

I love the car, pink Audi one. Perfect for my 2 year old and looks like it will last a good while. Just fast enough for her and she loves it. Had a little hiccup with the name on the number plates but that got sorted and got sent out new number plates. Good company 100% recommended

Phoned up to ask about delivery as I needed the parcel for the weekend (2days away). Guy was so helpful and quick at posting out the car.
Literally received the car within 24hr. Definitely recommend ❤️

Great customer service! Communication was excellent with constant updates! The box was damaged so the owner contacted to ask us if we would be OK if they built the jeep to make sure everything was in perfect condition before delivery due to it being the last one in stock! Thank you for the fantastic service. We will be happy to purchase again!!

I’m not so happy with the service I received from this company I ordered a kids motor for a birthday and my box came completely damaged after contacting the company they said they couldn’t do nothing about it as it was the delivery driver who had caused the damage I said I understand completely but for them to at least try and claim my delivery money back which was £15 but I still haven’t received a reply from them

Delivery says 2 to 4 days, now over a week, 5 emails sent asking for updates, but no replies.

Avoid this company at all cost, we are now in the process of taking legal action against them as they sent us a car with a damaged door, where you can clearly see they have tried to fix It, but they have done a really bad attempt as you can clearly see the damage done, too which we have evidence off, also the lettering is missing on the back end of the car , and to top if all off the electric motors are wired the wrong way round so when you press forward it goes backwards, and vice Versa, with very basic instructions, in fact I would go to say they are the worse instructions I have ever seen and we have bought flat pack furniture from ikea. We had tried to explain the situation over email to the customer care team, to which we received no apology, and no ownership of the damage done, and basically trying to blame us for the damage done. I would go as far to say they was trying to put the blame on us! Even though we had picture evidence and videos sent in to them, I do not rate this company even 1 star due to the price of the product, and the way we received the item, then to the complaint department outright blaming us, if I broke it I would own up and accept the damage done as I am not a FAKE like this company, we are really annoyed with kiddies motors, I will be trying my upmost to write as many bad reviews on all platforms so that no one else would buy from this company, it is a waste of money, go to Smyths where you know you will get a new product back or a refund.I will be sending more emails off to the company to see if we get any further. Unhappy is an understatement as it was for our 1 year olds birthday.
