Received wrong color of t shirt that’s not even offered on web site. Sweat shirts were horrible print job and the worst feeling polyester and they won’t refund money because they said it matches the description on site

Total scam. Didn't receive my order and can't get any replies on simply getting a refund. Don't buy anything from this site.

Ordered a personalized grinch mat. It took forever to get and it is not any kind of mat you could use on the floor as shown in the picture. Super disappointed

I ordered 3 shirts and the first one was too small so I got two more. Both kiddos love them and they look good. Most definitely coming back for shirts the beginning of next school year.

Unfortunately I had to give one star but they don't even deserve it. I ordered 4 shirts for my granddaughters. The autograph shirts had the school years of 2022-2023. When ordering I assumed it was a stock photo and the correct years (2023-2024) would be printed on them. No it wasn't. I emailed them about it and was told that is correct they don't do current dates. My granddaughters can't use them that way. Almost $80 order wasted. Terrible website, nothing is stated on it and the quality on one of the shirts is not worth $19.95. Also my package supposedly was shipped from California but the return label is from Indiana. It took almost 3 weeks to get to me in Nebraska.

Do not buy any shirts from this company!
I ordered two costumized shirts . One of them was correct and the other one was defective. I asked the company to reprint the shirt and they denied my claim. The made the product incorrectly and now they are playing email “tag” with me.

I bought 6 shirts. Five of them were in perfect shape. One of them was yellowed and dirty. I was disappointed.

The shirt is really great and my granddaughter is going to love it 😀

need to contact this company and their is no phone number i didnt receive one of my shirts and i ordered 2 so i would like to know where is my other shirt so if anyone knows how i can get a hold of these people please let me know its for my daughter

They sent me an adult small for my preschooler and would not exchange or refund my money. I had to order another shirt for him so he could have his shirt like his sisters. The only options for the color I chose did not say whether adult or youth. I assumed youth since it was a preschool shirt. There is also no phone number so you can actually speak to someone and not just email.

The first order I received wasn’t up to my standards. I filed a complaint with pictures and within a week another shirt was on its way.

Terrible experience with customer service. I ordered a shirt for the last day of school. It barely got there on time despite ordering early. The shirt ran small but I had to deal with it. What upset me is that the print was terribly faded like I had owned it for years. I tried to get a resolution with the company but they kept denying me. What I found interesting is that in the claim area it had a place for faded print! Very disappointed and will never order from them again.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Got a shirt for my son, gave it to him for doing well first year of middle school. Wore it and washed it ONE TIME, in cold water, and most of the design peeled off the shirt. Filled out a claim and sent picture, as per customer service, and they denied my claim, saying they can't reprint it, because the shirt was printed as advertised. Meanwhile someone ELSE in customer service says the shirts are printed "on-demand", so why can't they reprint one?? LIARS and SCAMMERS. Will not replace nor refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. WASTE OF MONEY!

Shirts arrived, but are the wrong size.

I ordered 2 Ladies small shirts and received youth small instead. Tried contacting by phone but there is no option to talk to a person. Tried “filing a claim” but my order number is not recognized. Tried to email customer support but it bounced back as undeliverable.

Very dissatisfied.

This company is fraud do not order!!! They told me my order started printing 30 seconds after the order was placed and it had an error so I contacted them within a minute and they lied and said the shirt was printing. That was over a week ago and guess what they still haven’t shipped the order which is one kids shirt. Today 8 days later they sent an email stating the order would process soon. They also say they don’t have to guarantee shipping and it can ship 30 days late if it needs too. Save yourself money do not order!!!

I love the shirt, but didn't realize they ran so small. I'm trying to reach customer service to see if I can exchange it for a large. The Medium fits like a small.

I ordered a tee shirt for my grandson's graduation from 5th grade. I got updates of the process. When it shipped, I was able to track it and even had a Delivery Date. It arrived on that date. I ordered a size bigger and it's great. I had no problems. He will love it.
