Customer service is non existent.

I tried to raise my issue that I entered 3x competitions and was the only person to enter these, the draw date was the 24th of May, automatically I should’ve won these as the only entrant.

They have now moved the dates of the competitions to June which is false advertising as I took photos of the competitions to be draw in May on the 24th at 22:10pm

They do not respond to emails or support!

Avoid this company at all costs!!!!

Won back in April, still not received my prize, and no communication since, despite me trying on multiple platforms. Very likely a scam, especially with the World Cup coming up. BEWARE!
