Absolutely excellent
They were wonderful from start to finish. Very personable and professional. It really comes across that all people in the company actually care about doing an excellent job. The fitters were friendly and diligent. The installation was fast. There were a few minor things left at the end of the day but they came back and sorted everything out and were very happy to make sure I was 100% satisfied.
10/10 I would highly recommend this company.

They have done a fantastic job
They have done a fantastic job. I got 4 front windows done, they look amazing. Imran and his team really did look after us. We were in a budget and Imran agreed to the budget with no obligation. His team came on time and was very careful not making my carpet dirty. When they finished they cleaned up everything and took the old windows with them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Their service was professional and very friendly. Thank you Khalson Windows and Door.

An Excellent Service
I would highly recommend Khalsons Windows. Everything was built to our specification and the fitters were amazing, with the old back door and windows taken out and replaced in less than a day, and it looks fantastic. We had a few teething problems, but Imran was around the next day to make adjustments. Excellent service all round.

100% satisfied with Khalsons (Windows & Doors)
I would like to say with as much honesty I can muster that whole process of installing new windows and doors went very smoothly with Khalsons.
Mr Ish Omar came to inspect the house with a sample window with him, explained everything including the process, the price was within our budget. He took order (and I mention no pushing around to get order and not pressured into doing anything else), signed the agreement and within 4 days, the surveyor Mark (a very pleasant person) came to house took measurements of windows doors etc., given a copy of measurement to us.
Next week the work started at 9am and all 7 people came to do their job as our house was big with 3 doors and 18 windows plus shutters.
The staff was very friendly and know their job very well. Especially Marcello whom I call Mr professional was excellent. In between work, Surveyor Mark also came to make sure everything was perfect and ready for fitting. A day before completion Mr Khal (the Boss) himself came to see that everything is going smooth and according to the plan. Generally, the boss doesn’t come on the site, but here it is, and this is what I call professionalism and speaking to him feels very comfortable and was such a reassurance to me to know that there is someone like (the boss) himself willing to help, assist in ironing out customers’ difficulties now and within the guaranteed period.
I am very happy and delighted with the service I received. I congratulate your Company and team on the marvellous service provided. Overall, an excellent professional experience from start to finish and would recommend Khalsons to my friends and family. I wish all the good luck, contentment, and good fortune for Khalsons in future.

Use Karlson’s Windows and Doors!
From day one of meeting Karlson‘s Windows and Doors to get a quote, it was a very different experience, in such a positive way. There was no hard sell approach, or pretending to call the boss to get a “cheaper deal”. This was a business model based on customer relations. It is a family business where positive experiences are shared, and lead to other sales through word-of-mouth.
Knowledge and information of the product was shared. The science behind certain aspects was explained and the process of having the doors and windows installed clearly talked through. I learnt a lot, and was able to apply this knowledge to other quotes, which stumped those of a sales people.
What shone through immediately was a genuine pride of their product and in their family business. They knew the importance of building positive relationships with customers and that it’s more than a sale. That knowledge and drive is what makes a successful company, in my opinion, as I will tell others about my positive experience.
For me, it was a no brainer, after speaking to four other sales people to go with Karlson’s.
Installation work took two days and this was done to a very high standard. The team that did the installation work very good and considerate and even gave recommendations for the painting afterwards. At one point, there were some spare concrete, which one of the chaps used to fix a loose paving stone for me!
I’m very happy with how the work was completed and would highly recommend.

We are pleased with Khalsons Windows and Doors . The work was amazing from getting the quote with Imran, the survey with the lovely Mark and to finish with the skilled windows fitters ( Marcello, Roberto, Vitor, Elino, Reinaldo and Elymar ) They turn up on time then the job was finish before you knew it, it was a stress free experience. The staff is amazing, friendly, hard workers, professional. We become friends straight up. I had a wonderful experience, work is of very high standard. I will recommend Khalsons windows and doors to others . So I am scoring the A TEAM a big fat 10/5 not 5/5 , the experience went beyond expectations. They is no other work to express my joy .
