Before working with KFL FIT I was really struggling with losing excess body fat, particularly around the stomach. I suffer with PCOS and Endometriosis and find the flare ups really affect me. Since having coaching my flare ups and have been really reduced, I have dropped almost 2 stone and I feel fitter than ever. Investing in myself was the best decision and I only wish I did it sooner. Couldn't recommend enough. 10/10.
KFLFit built me a plan to get me into shape for an upcoming holiday. She listened to my lifestyle, exercise and food preferences before making me a plan that suited my busy life and felt achievable. Having someone else do all the planning so I didn’t have to think about calories etc make it so easy. I felt so confident on holiday after this and still using the tips and ticks I learnt on the plan. Thank you KFL!
I Approached KFLFIT as I was struggling to shift weight and progress further with my gym sessions leading up to my holiday to Ibiza. I wanted to feel in the best shape possible and she delivered and then some! I had a nutrition and work out plan that suited my lifestyle and all my favourite foods. I joined KFL to get in shape for my wedding, and honestly it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
