Moving home
On phoning to ask about getting a new lock I was given several dates & times to choose from.
I received a call ahead of scheduled time to say the engineer was on his way.
Once the engineer had looked at the lock I was given two options on the type of replacement.
The whole procedure took 10 minutes and I was given 5 keys to accompany the new lock.
Payment was efficient with card details taken over the phone with someone in the office.
All in all a very stress-free experience in the midst of moving home.

The locksmith arrived within 90 minutes and changed the door lock quickly and efficiently, leaving five keys. Inside two hours from the initial call the locks were changed and peace of mind restored.
