We're so glad our installer made a great impression — professional, polite, and full of key safe wisdom! It's great to hear everything was explained clearly. We’ll be sure to pass this along. 👏🔧
The installer obtained from Key Safe was well worth the money, giving advice about removal of the render and fixing the unit to the exposed brickwork neatly. He was very friendly and helpful with the setting and operation and cleaned up well after the work.

Hi Jackie,
Thanks so much for sharing your experience! We’re really pleased to hear the installer did a great job and was friendly and helpful throughout. It’s always nice when the clean-up is just as good as the install! I'll make sure I pass this along to the installer and that he also receives the praise he deserves.

The installation was quick and the man was very friendly and competent. I've deducted one star as communication was an issue - I waited a week for a call to set up the installation, they said they'd been trying but unable to reach me although I had no missed calls and they had the correct number. Everyone was very helpful when I did manage to speak to them, but then, having arranged a time for the installation, they apparently failed to tell the installer the time I'd said I would be available, so he'd been waiting 20 minutes by the time I got home from work - luckily I was early home and he was good enough to wait, the office having belatedly told him the time I'd said I'd be there.

Hi Chris,
Thank you for your honest feedback. We’re glad to hear the installation itself was quick and that the installer was friendly and competent and that he waited for you to get home. I will pass along your thanks.
We’re sorry for the communication hiccups around scheduling — that’s definitely not the seamless experience we aim to provide. Your comments are really helpful, and we’ll be working with the installation team to improve how we coordinate moving forward. Thanks again for your patience and for sharing your experience!

The installer was excellent. The key safe less so as after working a few times, it failed, refusing to open. It has been replaced at no expense and the installer personally undertook to remove the faulty one. I was told the due to ‘health and safety’ removal was impossible and would have to be done at our own expense, so well done our installer man.

Installer still hasn't got in touch after more than a fortnight despite my chasing Keysafe over the phone and receiving an email assurance that he would do so.
