It is a. Very useful way to keep keys needed f or care reasons; I.e if someone had a fall and the ambulance or police needed urgent access to the premises. The access code is secret and only divulged to people responsible for access to the premises.

I have no problems with the quality. I do have problems with the accompanying instructions. Firstly the enclosed sheet is in very small print (try following these whilst holding a magnifying glass) and the diagrams are useless. Secondly the wording is poor and unclear. Finding the instructions on the internet and blowing these up helped tge first problem but did not solve tge poor, blurred diagrams or the poor and confusing English.

Hi David,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback.
We're pleased to hear that you have no concerns regarding the quality of the C500 Pro Key Safe itself. However, we're sorry to learn that you found the enclosed instructions difficult to follow.
The printed instructions supplied within the box are provided by the manufacturer, Supra, and unfortunately we do not have control over the content, formatting or print size of these enclosed guides. We have received similar feedback from customers in the past and understand how frustrating this can be.
To help address this, we have created our own simplified step-by-step guidance, including written instructions and video tutorials, which are available through our Help Centre on our website. These resources have been designed to be clearer and easier to follow, and many customers find them helpful when installing and setting up their key safe.
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will continue to pass customer feedback on to the manufacturer. Thank you for choosing The Key Safe Company and for your valuable comments.
Kind regards,
The Key Safe Company Team
