Had a small issue that sometimes crops up with these bulk keys and Office wouldn't activate. Three emails later and all's good! Took less than an hour to sort and the agent was both apologetic and helpful.

We bought an Adobe Creative Cloud 1 Year Subscription All Apps Annual Plan license from this buyer , after a few months we have been contacted from Adobe with the following message:
"This email is to notify you that our Fraud Prevention specialists have detected fraudulent behavior concerning the Adobe redemption code that was used to purchase your Adobe subscription, Creative Cloud.We are giving you 5 business days of grace period, to resolve this issue. After the grace period ends, access to your current non-genuine software will be blocked. " The sellers response is not willing provide a replacement key or an refund ! $150 GONE ! Do not deal with this person !

I had accidentally bought a home key and customer service was great and speedy in responding. Key was replaced with pro and worked like a charm.

Purchased two Office 2019 retail keys and both keys failed to function. One key went invalid about 6 months after purchase and the other key is now invalid 9 months out. Contacted support and they told me retail keys don't last a year and refused to replace the keys. This company is a 100% scam selling stolen keys from large companies that have MSDN or volume licensing.

I have used these people a few times, all the windows keys worked great but caution, the 365 worked for only a couple months and then kept popping up for a login to authenticate. Multiple tries to customer service went totally unanswered. very frustrating.
I also contacted them another time about windows upgrade keys and they never answered.

Quick and easy to use. That by itself gets a good rating. They were also quick to respond to a problem (my fault, not theirs.) It cleared up the activation problem immediately. Definitely worth the cost.
