The item I purchased was a non stock item and had to be ordered in. Despite a bit of delay from the manufacturer, communication was excellent throughout and I was kept up to date with what was happening. Item delivered in perfect condition. I am impressed by the responsiveness of the sales staff and overall customer care experience.
