Keystones Property Recensioni

Best estate agent in London , always help find best solutions for the clients, we are so lucky to get our nice property from Keystones , and best wish to Scott and Keystones ,will definitely recommend!!!!

Keystones were efficient and proactive in the sale of our property. All the staff are friendly and competent and we were very happy with the overall service we received.

Really helpful local estate agents. From the very beginning Keystones demonstrated a competence and genuineness that is not easily associated with the industry. Our family was made to feel very comfortable in their hands. Our valuation was spot on, and their advice on purchase helped us to be successful.

Thank you to Roy, Sam, Chris, Hayley, Kelsey and finally Scott for all their efforts in managing the process on our behalf, helping us to achieve the best sale price and Complete on our purchase despite various obstacles along the way.

Would highly recommend Keystones for their personal touch and customer service, and local knowledge.

The service they provide is over and beyond any other estate agents I've used in the past, Scott Jay really pulled out all the stops, he was with us from the valuation to the completion. I cannot recommend a better Estate agency then Keystones Property.

Connah and kris were amazing on the hen party we had… such a laugh and very professional. Lovely lads. Highly recommend

They did what they said they would do and kept me informed. Special mention to Scott and Hayley.

I have been very impressed with keystones Collier Row, Romford. Hayley in particular went over and above to sell my mums apartment, we moved away before the sale so we wasn't local but she kept us informed at every stage and when there was problems she persevered and we would highly recommend her to anyone. Thanks Hayley.

As a buyer, working with Keystones has been brilliant.

If you value integrity, honesty and good customer service, then they will not let you down!

Special thanks to Hayley who worked tirelessly to progress the sale and to Jay for getting us started. Both genuinely care about customer care and are great at what they do.

I cannot recommend Keystones highly enough!

This is a review from a buyer's perspective. I have been unprofessionally treated by Keystone Property during a recent purchase that fell through. During the entire process I was lied to by more than one representatives about the seller's intentions about sending the paper work. For 3 weeks I had to call them again and again only to be told not to worry. In the end I was told that seller was trying to buy another property and that did not go through so he is backing away from the sale. This was vital information as throughout I was told that property is not in a chain and the seller intends to leave country. A vital piece of information was not told to me honestly. While they maybe good for sellers please beware if you unfortunately end up as a buyer dealing with them.

We recently sold our property in RM7 through Keystones Property. Huge thanks to the team, especially Adil, Jay and Ross who have been excellent from start to finish.

They offered a professional, friendly, efficient service and were always on hand to answer any of our questions. We would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property in the area. Great job guys!
