We have the installation of new double-glazed windows to replace all the old ones in the property. Additionally, we install a new patio door.

Overall, we have very good experience from its service.
1/ The installation time is on schedule
2/ The installation progress takes 4 days and once they figure out minor issues; in our case, the patio door lock does not work well and two window designs are not correct; they can fix it quickly within these 4 days. Amazing!
3/ the old windows and related rubbish are cleaned up properly.
4/ I actually make price comparison with other companies. I would say the price is highly competitive and worthy.

The secondary glazing installed looks discrete with the cross bars matching the cross bar of the original window nicely. An old dysfunctioning double glazed window was repaired at the same time. Delighted. Can recommend.

Kew Windows were recommended to me and I would definitely recommend them to others. I had a front door and two windows installed (one sash, one casement). Each item arrived on time and was fitted promptly by friendly installers. The team also did a service visit to check hinges and change handles etc on older windows, saving me the cost of ordering replacements. The office-based team is always welcoming if you drop by to discuss the spec. I changed my order more than once and they were extremely patient with me. All round excellent service from a local, family-run business.

We are very happy with our installation. We replaced our single pane timber windows with uPVC: four sash, one 3-panel flush casement, and one flush casement bay window with a mix of smooth white and wood grain finish. Jay was very patient and met with us to confirm all the finish details and make sure we got exactly what we envisioned. The installation team was very considerate, finished on time and left each area clean and liveable each day. The quality of the installation was excellent. We were especially impressed by the bay window which required very little/noticeable plaster repair. Kosta was quick to close out all snags after completion and while there were a few errors in the fabrication details, he worked with us to resolve these issues quickly. We have received many compliments from the neighbours and overall we are very happy with our new windows.

Monday 23 Jan: Kew Windows very kindly responded promptly to my panicked call about a loose glass sliding door which was moving alarmingly (2cm back and forth) in the late January gales. The flat is on the top floor of a block of flats on a main road and our tenants were very nervous. We didn't know how serious the issue was and were also concerned about the potential risk to people in the street if the door below out. An engineer attended the same day and assured us the door was safe, but needed securing.

Thursday, 26 Jan: Kew Windows' engineer fixed the door frame. So far, so good... except, since then I've received several phone calls and messages about payment. The invoice says 'payment on receipt' but since we don't live in the property (which Kew Windows knows), we needed to arrange access to check the work. I explained this the first time I received a call about payment.

Sunday, 29 Jan: My husband confirmed the job had been completed to our satisfaction. However, it is my flat so I need to pay the invoice and I was away (caring for my 83 year old mother who has recently had a double mastectomy and is undergoing treatment for breast cancer).

Since Wednesday, I have been working and planned to get on top of life admin this weekend. Another call today about payment has tipped me over the edge.

Kew Windows does a great job, but you had better be prepared to pay immediately or you can expect to be hounded.

We needed replacement of a window and front door. Particularly the front door needed to be sturdy and of good quality and after many reviews, and visits to showrooms, we decided to go with Kew Windows. Also because they were local, were very accommodating, friendly, approachable and had great reviews. The front door was particularly challenging to install and when it finally arrived, the work carried out was extremely professional and carried out to good standard. There was also good communication throughout the process.

Just gold! We were worried changing our old sash windows would be expensive and messy - it wasn't. Not just excellent job, but also genuine care and adapting to our specific needs and last minute changes. I would not go anywhere else!
