The service is great
The service is great. Food arrives as expected and is prepackaged, ready to pop in the oven. I would give 5 stars if the online chat was a bit better and the food came with cooking instructions. On average, if you cook at 350F for 3o minutes, take it out and check it, you may need an additional 10-15 minutes of cook time.
I would also give 5 stars if you were able to choose from all the food offerings when selecting a meal plan. Instead you are limited in the choices when selecting a meal plan.

Delicious Mesls
I got an e mail when to expect my order. It arrived on time. Got an e mail when it was delivered. So far all the meals have been delicious. I need to read the ingredients more carefully though since some entrees include milk products which I can’t have normally. I did eat it though and it was amazing. As long as their service is like the first order I would definitely order more meals.

I received the wrong meals. I was told I’d be given a refund or the meals replaced, but haven’t heard back since then. Poor service and communication.

Are you kidding me asking for a review? You charged my credit card immediately for $150! Then no confirmation of the order, nothing came after 14 days. REPEATED attempts by chat, email and phone (which doesn't actually exist) went totally unanswered. Reported to BBB and had to do a dispute claim with my cc company. What a total scam
