The parcel was good
The parcel was good, we didn’t like everything but it was fun to have lots of choice. It was nicely packaged.
I’m a bit confused as to how to manage my account. I wanted to make sure it was just a once off delivery but I’m not sure what’s happening.

Hi Becka,
I'm so sorry that your request for a one off order wasn't picked up over Christmas. You absolutely did the right thing by leaving a message in the 'notes' box at checkout, it was our fault for missing it.
I've cancelled your subscription and refunded you the box you were accidentally charged for.
Again, I'm so sorry for the inconvenience - thank you for reaching out and bringing it to my attention.
Should you wish to manage your account in the future:
- Click on the "Account" icon (right hand side of the bar at the top of the website) and log in using your email and password
- Click "manage subscription"
- For the subscription you want to edit, click the "view details" button beneath it
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- As your 'reason for cancellation' either select "pause" to pause your subscription, or "other" to cancel it completely and then click the big red cancel button.
Voila! All cancelled.
We're really happy that you enjoyed the variety of snacks in your discovery box and are hoping that you found a couple of gems that you'll look out for in the future!
