The outfits are nice however it took a while to get and the communication wasn’t great but outfits are cute

I love this outfit! I will be wearing it for my wedding. By mistake I ordered two of this outfit. I gave the other one to a friend.

The pants and top are exactly as described online, are very attractive, light weight for summer temps and easy to care for.

I ordered a 2 pc outfit from Keppal.co for $79.00. It
was extremely think cheap material, the pants and
top was at least 2 sizes too small and I ordered an XL.
I wrote for a return/authorization and they told me I
didn't have to send it back and offered me $13.00.
Definitely a scam outfit from Hong Kong although it advertises under the muse of being made in South
Carolina, USA. Liars. Buyer beware!

made an order on 06-17-2025 for $173.00 took payment but I rec'd no merchandise

I have ordered two items from this company which advertised as Made in USA South Carolina. Items came from China and very poor quality material. Sizes did not fit and no way to return. Contacted customer service and can only return if manufacturer flaws. Then you have to wait up to 30 days for return authorization at which time your 30 day return policy is up. Please read return policy thoroughly if you order from this company. Pictures are beautiful but items do not represent pictures adequately. I ordered the beautiful midi dress with jacket. The dress is not midi length unless you are 7 ft tall. Jacket does not even match dress and is more like something at a dollar store. On my opinion this is a scam site

An outfit that I ordered from Keppal clothing was not the right fit for me and I wanted to return it for a full refund, this was on June 9th, The outfit was priced at $84.98, I have sent multiple emails asking for instructions for returns , the most recent email from the company was a return Address in Dubai, UAE, to return it by UPS would be $195.00, which I will not pay! I have sent an email asking for an address in the United States as this company advertises that the clothes are from South Carolina, I have filed a complaint with BBB and filed a dispute for the charge with American Express!

I still wonder why they advertise made in SC, but I was charged from from the UK. Confusing.....

DO NOT purchase from this company. Its advertising is false (products are made in China, not South Carolina) and Full Refunds, satisfaction guaranteed is just not true. I did not like the material the products were made from, nor the fit or the mismatched colors. When I tried to return, they refused to give an authorization to return...total waste of money.

Customer service is very helpful and efficient. The products are very nice quality.

I enjoyed my shopping experience and loved so many items you have. You were new to me so I wanted to order something. I chose two things and must have have messed up on completing my order. One of my items I ordered in the correct size which is large but the other items (2 piece) came XS. I could not get one foot in the pants! So sorry if I made the mistake but I mailed that pant set back this morning and requested it be exchanged for Large. I am sure it was my error as I was so concerned about the color that I failed to state the correct size.

Wasn't able to track my order from the website. Had to contact customer service to find out if it shipped or not.

The product is very good...Just took a long time getting it...Now knowing your a legitimate company...I have been scammed so many times on the internet....Glad to buy American Made Products....Mary
