Great company. They've always taken great care of me! Silver was delivered to my door within a day or two of shipping. I will definitely buy from them again!

It was during the big silver spike and the team was very, very busy when I had a call from Dr. Kirk at 8 pm! He was following up on an operations request I had made during the day and wanted to make sure everything was in order. Wow, that's Service with a capital S! The support team is efficient and professional and it has been such a pleasure working with Kirk Elliott.

Everyone was so helpful and quick to respond..had answers to all my questions and very patient!

They helped me change my IRA and some other holdings into silver. They are straight forward and very helpful. I have recommended several friends and family members to them and they have all received great service. I like their process and the simple way they helped me. And the continual support when I need it. They are my pardners, not just one and done. Great team!

It really is personal. My experience is nothing but positive. I learned a lot from Dr. Kirk and his weekly videos. Yes, the man does videos every week that get emailed to you to explain what is going on. But in my own personal experience, I have the best agent (no offense to the rest of the team). Shane is patient and listened to all my fears and concerns. The more I researched the precious metals market history the more questions I had. If Shane did not know the answer, he got back to me with the answer in a day or two at the most. Shane helped me move both my 401k and my ROTH 401K. He was on the phone with me helping me while I was filling out the forms on my laptop. It was like having a big brother help with your homework, but more importantly it's my financial future. I will never use any other company for gold and silver. Not only are they the cheapest (and yes I did buy from another company before KEPM) but they only look to benefit you. If you did buy gold or silver from any of the companies that advertise on CNN & FOX you don't know what you're missing or how you may have been taken advantage of. It is such an easier and better experience with zero pressure at KEPM. Look if you read this much, you can see I talk a lot. Guess what, Shane will patiently listen and give you the best options available. It's not just buying silver/gold but the knowledge of when to be in which commodity & when to trade that really matters. The financial advice that comes being a client is priceless, the friendship is just icing on the cake.

I made my first silver and gold purchases back in December of 2024, so have had a decent amount of experience and interaction with the KEPM team.

The team at KEPM has been excellent. They were very helpful to me while getting a couple of IRAs set up and kept in close contact throughout the process. Their costs are very reasonable on the front end, and they do not charge anything on the sale if you ever choose to do so. I have purchased and sold with them, and my sale price was at SPOT! I still have 2/3 of my silver/gold and am holding for the long term. The team has been very responsive to my questions AFTER the sale as well- they do not abandon you after the deal is done. My experience with them has been excellent service and integrity, and I highly recommend them for your precious metals purchases!

I sold my gold and bought into 100% silver at advise of Dr Kirk. The purpose was to obtain more gold in a ratio trade senario. The first ratio trade was supposed to happen by end of 2025. It is now April 2026 and still no ratio trade. Very disappointed that I got completely out of gold. it is performing so much better then silver. Losing faith n this company!

Actually a number of things went wrong. I've been trying to contact Kirk directly since becoming his customer. Basically you are going to need to do the process yourself. What's the next step? When do I need to do it by? What information do I need? Are any tax laws relevant to my situation? These are the questions you will learn to ask and also be responsible for knowing. I suggest you start off with a really good 401k company to guide you through Kirk's process. Fidelity was very helpful through out this process.

I believe Dr Kirk is straight up. He gives the best deal there is on the market. Others dealers can sleaze money out of clients unfairly, with deceptions everyday people are not aware of, both entering and leaving their positions. When you enter the world's market you enter a world of volatile risk, and you have to be hardy, and patient enough to endure that volatility. When you can loose it all, and enter a sigh of relief, then you are rugged enough to deal, until then, just work for the people who are. Poor people are happier anyway. Don't deal with a crook. You got the real deal right here.

Grateful to have found KEPM in 2024 when I left the corporate world and had the opportunity to redirect my investment portfolio. I trust this team and Dr Kirk’s guidance. Living each day with faith and love with God’s money.
