Kent Trade Frames Recensioni

Kent Trade Frames fitted new windows, patio doors, front and back doors in our house. The whole process was quick and easy, and everything was finished to a high standard. Dean their representative was very professional, and the office staff and fitting teams were helpful and friendly. I would definitely use the company again for any future requirements. Thank you.

Had new windows throughout the house, both upstairs and down.
From start to finish it’s been a great service, from consultation and ordering to fitting and follow up. Communication has been top notch as the windows come in early and calls were made to bump up fitting. Fitting was completed in a great time but also to a high imaging standard. Will definitely use again when needed.

We are replacing our windows and front door and had a handful of companies round to quote. We hadn’t heard of Kent Trade Frames before but read the reviews and, as soon as Dean walked into our property, he was professional, extremely knowledgeable and evidently proud of Kent Trade Frames and their products/service that they deliver. He filled us with complete confidence, his speed of communication and dedication is second to none and we couldn’t be happier with the customer service he has already demonstrated. Dean wasn’t a typical salesperson either which we both appreciated greatly.

It was a tough decision between Kent Trade and our usual supplier as the price difference was minimal between the two. It was simply the fact that Dean is so personable, superior and professional all round that we decided to go with Kent Trade Frames. Really looking forward to the installation and we have every confidence that, should we encounter any issues, this will be rectified without any fuss. Thanks Dean!

My husband and I have conservatory planned, constructed and completed with Kent Trade Frames. We have been loyal customers and feel that the service from Colin and the fitters was exceptional. Delighted to have our new room and the quality is excellent. We have used Kent Trade Frames over the years and have never been disappointed. Thank you very much. Kind regards Wendy and David.

New front door fitted today quality workmanship, reasonable price , beat the competition on price. customer service with good communication.
very pleased with the end result would recommend this company.

KTF, recommended by someone that has used them for renovations for years, nothing more than exceptional, knowledgeable salesmen that were extremely helpful and patient with choosing our plan. KTF came up trumps in price and product.

KTF provide one of those unique local services that everyone needs. Their response and professionalism from customer service to their fitters is top notch and personable.
They are perfect role models for any local firm starting out and creating a trustworthy safe product and know that you are getting looked after.

KTF came recommended from neighbours who have recently had some windows replaced. The Consultant who visited us, Dean, was prompt, informative and friendly. We enjoyed talking to him. He was professional but not pushy. Based on our experience so far, we are very pleased with the service and would highly recommend KTF.

Great service from start to finish, no pushy sales. Really clean and tidy and lovely fitters

Thanks to Rob and his fantastic team for my new roof, great job well pleased.

Great company. Used them for the windows and doors in a detached Annexe. Friendly, knowledgeable salespeople and office staff. Always approachable and don’t make you feel you are asking stupid questions! I was impressed with their attention to detail, general tidiness when installing, cleaning up any mess afterwards & last but not least they’re exceptional value for money. Always kept in the loop on timescales. Can’t recommend them highly enough. Will definitely be using them when it comes to replacing the windows in the main house!

Kent Trade Frames are a fantastic company to deal with.
From the start to finish I can only review this firm in a positive light.
Kent Trade Frames recently completed the installation of multiple windows at my property.
The work was completed as expected and in very good timings, I am very happy with the final result.
The workmen respected my property at all times which I personally believe is very important.
I was kept in the loop throughout the process of the works and the staff were more than happy to answer any questions I had relating to the job being completed.
I would definitely use this company again in the future and highly recommend Kent Trade Frames. I have already recommended this company and their services onto my family and friends.
This firm is brilliant.

both business and personal for over a decade and I have always found them reliable, supplying excellent products at reasonable prices. All work carried out was completed on time and the works area was safe and left clean and tidy. I would totally reccommend them to anyone for Windows, Doors, New or Replacements

Kent Trade Frames were the best of the quotes we had to change all of the windows in our house.

The work was carried out on the agreed date and to the highest of standards.

We now have a much warmer house in the winter and we are saving a good amount on our heating bill.

We are looking forward to having them back in the near future to fit a new front door.

Iv just Had a new back door fitted, Dean has been absolutely amazing throughout, from the moment he came round to see what we needed to the door being fitted and comeing out to check all ok, with Dean noticing a little bit of silicon missing, and getting it sorted right away. Thankyou so much Dean for making everything possible, and for ur professional and friendly service throughout. Also our bottle of bubbly 🥰

Rob and his team have fitted a new front door a few years ago, and recently fitted new double glazed windows throughout my property with french doors. Friendly, efficient and clean. Can't recommend enough! Had a problem with the lock on front door this week in the cold weather....rectified within a few hours! Excellent service!
