I approached Kennet equipment leasing for a finance to my business , The name of the person who dealt my file is Ben jones . He was very friendly, responded very quickly to every emails and phone calls , well updated every time with clearly and more ever he sort out all with in a weak . I was very happy with the interest rates and the amount of finance too . He full filled my all requirements too .

Difficult to get hold of, never reply to emails and at the end of your agreement they decide to slap a final purchase fee on that wasn't explained when first enquiring. Fantastic equipment but shocking support. AVOID!!!

In response to your automated reply, there is no point in emailing because if you actually read the review left it clearly says DIFFICULT TO GET HOLD OF AND NEVER REPLIES TO EMAILS!!!
I would rather struggle and go without thank use this company again

I really disappointed after two years paying off the money you asked for the equipment. And you misleading me that by November 2025 will be the last payment. But I don't where you got me extra £180 ,I really surprised when I saw it. Plus you charged me extra upfront before the contract started. I wished i bought them cash and i wouldn't pay everyone's and you know you overcharged me for the equipments which worth 3k and I paid you 6k for interest you added to the bills. And you threatening me to take equipment back for two hundred pounds. That's only low class business companies do that. I don't think so any professional company would do it. I won't recommend anyone to go near KENNET STAR. I feel sorry for myself and the money I paid you like a fool.
