What a disheartening disappointment
I just want to come on here and share how disheartening and disappointing it is to be dealing with marketing agencies like Kenjiai.com by Yousif Alias that I just dealt with.
I sent a payment based on what was advertised and then was sent a contract which materially differed with what was advertised on multiple counts. I sent an email about it with screenshots on all counts. I stated I was uncomfortable signing and would like a refund due to this as this was out of integrity.
They then offered to remove a clause and sent me an updated contract which was still not in alignment with what was advertised.
The owner Yousif Alias then called me personally and gaslit me about the contract being perfectly legit. When I insisted on a refund, he accused me of taking stuff out of their agreements (even though they changed their own contract on their own - it wasn't my idea or request), wasting their time and wanting to steal his $4,700 dollar system.
What a disheartening disappointment. What a pain in the ass.
He said they will refund me but I am opening a case with my credit card anyway. Do not recommend.
