Where do I even start with this company? With this clown show of the, Kennings/Green motion Usave car rental group?

From committing fraud, to cutting off the car while I'm on the road with credit to my account.

Then I had excess and accident damage (hit a animal on the road when they cut me off while still in credit.) I took the vechile for its 10000km service, paid for the rental day and they dated on staff and petrol costs (my problem, for them not having a replacement vechile.) This wasn't the first time a replacement vechile wasn't available and it cost me (it was a first being treated as a criminal by the criminals) as I was in credit when they treated me as a criminal... Yet when they didn't have replacement vechilenor new number plates, they changed the temp plates with permanent marker, atleast I didn't have a incident, imagine the costs on my insurance, if I'm getting full excess for a R9000.00 bumper and grill. (R27900.00 was billed, over my R8000.00 deposit and insurance covers.) As the vechile had mechanical damage so it needed replacing, because of mechanical damage (not my fault, literally mechanical damage on a car under 30000km.) However because of the accident damage, they claimed it had multiple damages.

Stay far away from Kenings or their other brand names/sister companies, used abroad, Usave or GreenMotion

At the handover, the report clearly showed that the windscreen was damaged, and the customer before me must certainly have had to pay for it. When I returned the car, the Crack in the windscreen was bigger, and the equivalent of 320 euros was deducted from my deposit. Despite numerous emails and phone calls, there has been no response. This company is a joke. After two months, I still haven’t had a single cent of my deposit returned.

Criminals, thats all I can say !! after more that 7 weeks and app. 10 e-mails I still dont have my deposite back.

One excuse after another, for example " it's not us, the banks stipulate that it takes 30 bank days to transfer money internationally"..... what a load of B.S.

Never ever again, my advice: pay a bit more for a renowned carhire and save youself alot!!!! of grief.

Getting the rental car that bit cheeper just was'nt worth it.

Kenings and Green Motion in Kapstadt Airport Auto gemietet durch Billiger Mietwagen . de gebucht, wiederholte falsche und fake rechnungen und abgezogenes geld obwohl Auto in ordnung abgegeben und alles dokumentiert war. Nicht empfehlen dort zu buchen, obwohl alles bekommen als nachweiss haben reagieren nicht und das geld behalten haben.
