horrible customer service and zero updates on my order from February 12!! it’s been over a month and a week. they keep leaving me on opened in messenger 😭??? they keep deleting my instagram comments

I ordered a set of lashes over 1 month ago, and when I try to see updates on my package it just says “order fulfilled” with no tracking information whatsoever. I have not received this package so I emailed their customer service email and no one has replied to me in almost 2 weeks. I am worried I got scammed and with no response, I am unsure if I will get my money back.

I ordered 2 pairs of magnetic lashes in november 2025 and I still didnt get them. I tried to reach out to them and after multiple e-mails they replied that I will get the my order soon. Thats was in January 2026 and I asked them for any updates and til this day I didnt get any response.

I bought the magnetic lashes. Very uncomfortable. Tried to return and cannot get ahold of anyone. I have been trying since August of 2025, and it is now February of 2026.

I also find it concerning there is no record of them anywhere on the BBB.

I recently purchased the magnetic lashes from Keneva, and I am genuinly impressed with the quality of the product. The lashes themselves look really natural which surprised me because I tried few other brands and they didn't work for me that much. However I wanna mention the shipping process was a bit delayed. It took longer than was promised but customer support was pretty good and professional. While the delay was the downside, the actual lashes are the best I've tried so far. I have already received several compliments from people about my lashes and honestly I will definitely order more of Keneva lashes. Overal I'm very happy with my purchase now that it's finally here.

My lashes that I ordered never came, I commented on their insta post, they deleted it. I reached out to them via email, never got a response, Idk but I have no idea what all the 5 star reviews are talking about.

I still haven’t received my lashes and it’s been almost 2 months , they don’t response to any of my emails or dms. It’s outrageous.

I have emailed them multiple times and messaged them with no responses. I ordered August 14, and it has not been delivered. This brand is extremely unprofessional do not buy from here. Still do not have it and I emailed asking for a refund since it’s been months but no response.

Ordered over a week ago ㅡ no tracking, no update, no nothing.
After finally getting a reply(after forever), they said the item was out of stock and promised to ship a new one within 72 hours.
Spoiler alert: 72 hours turned into eternity. I emailed again for a refund, but apparently they vanished into another dimension.
So yeah, if you like waiting games and being ignored, this is your store. Otherwise, run.

I paid for the item, waited a month, sent an email asking where it was.
They said it was out of stock and would be another month.

That was months ago and they have not responded to any of my emails since.

They are a scam and 100% bullshit.
Do not trust them.

They didn’t have the item I ordered, yet refused to issue a refund even though consumers have the right to one when the product cannot be provided. They’ve been withholding my money for two months despite my repeated, polite attempts to reach out. The way they treat their customers is appalling. On top of that, the items are poor quality — they can’t bend and won’t even magnetize to the holder. This company is a proper scam. If only i could upload photos i would!!!!

These lashes are absolutely stunnin, I get that it's hard to put them on in the first place but once I got hang of it they're really great and practical. Wearing them rn in style 5 and wore all day yesterday, in love with h them not to mention I got tons of compliments:)

Ordered 3 different pairs on the 28th of June, reached out multiple times only to get ‘they’re being made’ after well over the 25-30 days they claim to have them dispatched by. I received them on the 5th of September after opening a bank dispute (as they still weren’t dispatched) by the end of August.

They appear to be low quality - as if they’ve just been cut out of a sheet. I can see the magnets obviously glued on especially on the set of brown lashes. All 3 sets almost look identically shaped and on some magnets, they have green material on them.

Don’t be tempted by the price, Ive bought from other magnetic lash brands. Although more expensive, the quality surpasses keneva’s trash.

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience with Keneva Beauty. After several weeks of reaching out to the company regarding a refund, I’ve received no response. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important for other customers to be informed.

I purchased these eyelashes and wore them no more than three times, handling them with extreme care because of how delicate they seemed. Despite that, they broke on the second wear. Even after the very first use (only about 5–6 hours), they already appeared worn down. For a brand-new product, treated so gently, this is extremely disappointing.

Adding to my concern, I’ve since seen numerous other customer reports about similar issues, as well as claims that some of the promotional videos may have come from other brands. I also noticed the company requests reviews immediately after purchase, which can create an inaccurate impression of product quality.

I’m sharing this experience in the hope that Keneva Beauty will address these issues and improve both their product quality and customer service. I remain open to a resolution, including a refund for my purchase. In the meantime, I strongly encourage potential customers to review all feedback carefully before buying.

The delivery took a very long time. Unfortunately, the lashes didn't look good at all, the edges stuck out, no matter how much effort I put into applying them. Even if you cut them perfectly. Unfortunately, there is no way to cancel the contract. I couldn't send the lashes back, so it was a waste of money because they're unusable.

I ordered from Keneva on June 20, and got a bit worried cause I haven’t gotten any updates about my order even after 15 days, ended up emailing them and got really quick answer explaining that it was a PRE-ORDER and I need to wait 20 days, got my lashes on July 21 and honestly it’s even quicker than 20 days I’ve been told about. I got styles #10 and #11 and I really love themmmm. They’re very comfy to wear on daily, it’s been 4 day since I wear them so far, not to mention that I wear them like 24/7🥹

I really love the lashes they’re so simple but so good and cute, for restock to order more :D

When I first got my package, there was no applicator sent. I contacted them via email and got a reply in three days. After sending photo proof, they offered to send me a new set of lashes along with the applicator. Overall, they were great to work with and responded promptly to my emails.

It was fine, it took a while to come though

Loved the lip glosses, there were many shades to pick from. It's hydrating and very pigmented, and the best part...they're non sticky!!
