À scam

I am afraid this is a scam. The ad on Facebook claimed it is EU made and delivered in 2 to 4 working days. My delivery came from China and took 9 days. It was not packaged as The Converter UK but Docteat and the bottle clearly states made in China. Also during the order process additional quantities were offered and added to the order with no opportunity to decline so I ended up ordering more than I wanted.

Hi Sue, thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry the wait felt long. Our customer service team has written to you directly. The pots you received are The Converter: the same formula and daily dose as shown on the order page, in our manufacturer's own labelled pot. It is made for us by a licensed, HACCP- and ISO-certified food manufacturer and laboratory tested. Each extra offer after checkout is shown on its own page with its price and is only added when it is accepted, and any pots you'd rather not keep can be sent back unopened. Just reply to our email and the same team will help you.

This is no scam

This is no scam . I received the item I ordered. If I could take a pic I would but doesn't seem to be anywhere to upload any.
Please give these people a chance.
Definitely not a scam. Having just received my order I cannot report on them as yet but when I do notice any change I will be back. Hoping to praise them more. Thank you Kelvinlabs.

AVOID ! IT’S A SCAM

AVOID !! THIS IS A CON FROM POLAND. I NEVER CONFIRMED THIS ORDER BUT EVERYTHING I LOOKED AT THEY HAD ADDED TO THE ORDER AND CHARGED FOR IT WITHOUT GIVING ME ANY CHANCE TO CONFIRM IT. I AM REPORTING THEM.
