Kelly's Blinds Limited is a London-based, family-owned business specialising in bespoke blinds and curtains. Established in 2009, we provide measuring, manufacturing, and installation services for residential and commercial clients across London and the surrounding areas. Our mission is to deliver durable, aesthetically refined, and precisely fitted window dressings. We do not supply off-the-shelf products – every order is manufactured to specific customer measurements. Our product range includes custom-made curtains, Roman blinds, day/night blinds, pleated blinds, vertical and roller blinds, and wooden Venetian blinds. In addition, we specialise in motorised systems for roller blinds, skylights, and curtains, offering enhanced convenience, safety, and modern control. All products undergo rigorous quality control at our workshop located in Acacia Business Centre, East London (E11 3PJ). We utilise only high-grade materials – including flame-retardant fabrics and corrosion-resistant aluminium – to ensure safety and long-term durability in both domestic and commercial environments. Our qualified installers carry out professional on-site measuring and fitting, managing the entire process from initial survey through to final installation. We offer free, no-obligation quotations, available either in person or remotely via photographs and measurements. Standard lead times are 7–10 working days from order confirmation, with clients receiving regular progress updates. Kelly's Blinds Limited operates in full compliance with UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Excellent service and quality blinds

We ordered made-to-measure blinds that were supplied and fitted throughout our home by Kelly’s Blinds and have been very pleased with the overall experience.

From the outset, Marek was responsive and helpful throughout the process. Alex carried out the survey and took the time to talk us through the different options, offering knowledgeable advice to help us choose the most suitable blinds for each room.

The installation was completed by Pavlo and Greg, who worked efficiently and to a high standard. The finished blinds look excellent and have really complemented our home.

Overall, the service was professional from start to finish, with good communication and a quality end result. I’d be happy to recommend Kelly’s Blinds to anyone looking for made-to-measure blinds.

Poor and unprofessional…

I have used Kelly’s Blinds in the past for 3 properties. Their service was very good. But recently when I contacted them for a repair for blinds installed by them, I will definitely not be recommending them. They initially gave me a quote for job. It took me a while (2months) to get the repair booked. But when I went back to them to book the repair they said they will not be able to do it. They know fully well that no other company provides a repair service for blinds not installed by them. The reason they gave was that they no longer cover my area. As per their website they cover the whole of London! From the time of giving the quote to booking the job they stopped covering my area. Very unreliable and unprofessional
