All the staff at Kieth Ian Estate Agents are so friendly and helpful with providing an outstanding and supportive service throughout the process when buying our new home.

Charlene supported me throughout the process with being in touch advising where possible, even when things got stressful she was amazing with answering any questions when I was unsure. Apsoloutly lovely lady with a heart of gold really appreciated everything.

Also want to send out a massive thank you to Emma for being supportive with dropping the key round after I got stuck in traffic being unable to reach cheshunt in time on day I was moving in.

Super star team all the way and would highly recommend them!!!

Very professional service from beginning to end. Used them to purchase the property in 2007 and when I wanted to sell this year used them again. All my dealings with the whole team have been professional, approachable and supportive. Would highly recommend and obviously if I wanted to use an estate agent again in the area these guys would be my first port of call.

We were in contact with Charlene Ellis from the start till end. I cannot imagine going through the process with anyone else. She really went out of her way to help us out on several occasions. The only agency I’ve come across who calls when they say they would and replies to emails instantly. We were in a chain so things took a tad longer, Charlene would call me the second there was a update or even if it was to simply check how I was and remind me it’ll all soon be over.
Me and my partner both agreed she was way more useful than our lawyer!

I was initially booked to view in July 2020 but had to cancel as I subsequently found another place, offer accepted but the seller withdrew the house from the market after a few weeks.  

I then rebooked in September, put in my offer which was accepted. It has been a longer journey than expected due to issues with my first mortgage application [Becky at Stonehorse Finance to the rescue] and then the loss of my sister overseas.  I just want to say how appreciative I am of all your efforts throughout the whole process, and doing your utmost best for me not to miss out on this house!

Yesterday, after a few long hurdles we reached the finishing line and completed the transaction.  You and the team have been awesome and I just want to express my heartfelt thanks for all you have done.
