I have ordered twice recently on-line . The delivery to Wales was very fast and everything was securely packed. I have never visited the stores but can vouch that the service is great.

Excellent furniture great quality and pricing. The staff are very helpful. The lady went out her way to find us a piece of furniture we needed specifically with a limited amount of space. Definetely returning to this shop.

Been buying from keens over 20 years now. And still have bedroom furniture from years ago and still looks brand new.
Staff and products are 2nd to none. Wouldn’t shop anywhere else to be honest.

Service that went above and beyond. Paul gave us an amazing experience furnishing our 3-bedroom apartment — an exercise that could have been complicated given we're not residents, but he made it easy from day one, guiding us through every piece of furniture for the three bedrooms, dining room, and living room. He then oversaw delivery of everything in our absence, and finished the project with fantastic touches — a rug, artwork, lamps, and plants — that pulled it all together. The apartment now looks like it belongs in a magazine. Thank you so much to Paul and the entire team!

The price of my item and delivery costs were very reasonable. My item was duly delivered in perfect condition.
