Keens nail it again!
Again, very impressed with Keens. We purchased two items in the Alstons range. Helpful staff input in our deciding about items, good communication while waiting for order and great delivery service with good notification ahead of time. Very impressed with Harry and his delivery colleagues. Keens has become our go-to furniture store based on our ongoing experience.

the second day was great except we were…
the second day was great except we were sent to the warehouse to collect stools but they weren't available as the salesman hadn't checked the right stools which was annoying as we thought we were going to get them that day. Everything else was great.

Excellent customer service
Customer service was excellent (thanks Brian) from ordering to delivery. As a last minute purchase for a guest arriving in July I was so lucky the sofabed I ordered was in stock. The two guys who delivered and built it were also excellent, friendly, happy guys working in this hot weather. Everything in Keens is high quality, I will be back. Thank you
