This co is a ripoff, be careful, since dec 4th 2025, they took a total amount of $143.54 CAN on my credit card. This is totally out of sense since i did not use the product in any way regarding this billing. 1) First charge on dec 4th 2025: CAN $57.96 2) second charge Dec 14th: CAN $28.50 3) 3rd charge dec 22nd 2025: CAN $57.08 For a total of CAN 143.54 Their is even not any credit option for the mentioned amount. BE CAREFUL.

From a pro photo restoration artist

I did photo restorations professionally for 25 years, so wanted to see what Kaze could do in less than a minute what had taken me hours to restore. I purchased a subscription for a year, because I wanted to really test it out. On the plus side, the Kaze colorizing is the best I've seen compared with other A.I. programs, SO FAR. For B&W photos, it is limited in some ways - too much blue and tan, which could be improved. Some of the photos look improved, especially with the colorizing, which seemed to give them more "life". However, it is hit-or-miss, as authenticity was lacking for most examples - they looked contrived, and the persons in the photos were often not recognizable. The program apparently has presets for how something SHOULD look, that alters the photo accordingly, making images look too polished to be natural. Don't challenge it too much - I uploaded a very damaged photo, and it did look cleaned up, at first glance. But looking closer, the results were hilarious (well, at least I got some laughs from it), as the majority of the faces of my classmates in the image looked as though they were melting, and a couple whose legs became part of their chairs...very Dali-esque. It isn't psychic, but "tries" to invent what isn't there. The photos that were improved were intact to begin with. All this being said, I wish I had had this resource when I was doing digital photo restorations. I could have used this tool in certain circumstances, and saved a lot of time and work. I'd say try the program's free sample with your photo. I did respond with suggestions in the comments boxes, so perhaps that will help them improve this tool. Better than most I've tried...but still has a long way to go.

Used this for a few images on a trial basis....did no5 work well...now they have billed my credit card for three months....scam, ripoff, poor quality software.

Fraud/Can't Cancel and get a refund

Absolutely ridiculous. No response to emails and I can't get my refund after they billed me for an entire year.

Canceling subscription is very difficult / impossible

If you decide to cancel your subscription they do not respond to requests through the contact page. I've submitted at least three over the last two weeks. I have emailed and received no response either. My next action is to block charges on my credit card. This is a very unethical business.
