Parcel not received

Dear Helen,
I'm very sorry to learn that you have not received your parcel. As per my earlier email to you today, this was dispatched with Fedex on Friday, the morning after you placed your order. We have tracked the parcel with Fedex and it is shown as having been delivered on Monday morning and signed for by your neighbour.
As your neighbour has told you that they didn't receive the parcel, we have contacted our account manager at Fedex, who is looking into this for us with the driver concerned.
Please rest assured that we will get a set of glasses to you - either the original ones sent out or a new set if they cannot be located.
We will be in touch again as soon as we have heard back from Fedex and will hopefully be able to locate the parcel for you quickly.

To follow on from my earlier reply, thank you for letting us know that the parcel has now been located, having been left outside the door of another neighbour on Monday. We have asked Fedex to investigate why this was the case and why the driver evidently didn't obtain a correct signature.
Once again, I am sorry for the inconvenience caused and that you didn't have the glasses in time for your anniversary but am glad that you have now received them.

Beautiful piece just as shown in photo. But not packaged well and arrived with broken glass.

Dear Anne, thank you for your review and I'm sorry to learn that your item arrived with damaged glass.
Whilst we do try to package everything very carefully, we are largely at the hands of the courier companies in sending smaller items and damage can inevitably occur.
In this case the item was delivered to your address in the USA and so would have passed through even more touch points than normal, increasing the risk of damage.
We are currently in touch with Fedex about the damage and I know one of our team has already been in touch with you to discuss next steps.
