While the clothing seems fine and is of decent material, there was a missing garment from my order. I contacted customer support and I've gotten no answer for almost two weeks

I have ordered from this website 4 times in total. My most recent purchase was the star bunny bag and a ring. The clothes I ordered previously looked as advertised and were accurate to the size charts provided. The one time a shipment was lost in transit they were quick to respond to my E-mail and offered a replacement or refund. While the estimated shipping range in their faq is quite wide, my most recent package arrived in 15 days, and I don't remember any of my earlier orders taking very long.

Ordered shoes and they looked nothing like the shoes in the image 🥀 don’t get the classic Mary Jane’s I’m returning them

I got a dress for 57€ on there. It's not horrible, fairly well sewn and true to image but for that money you can expect 100% cotton. Also it runs a lil bit smaller which I hope is just a manufacturing error. Realistically it's worth 35€ shipping excluded

Still I will get a lot of wear of it

This company has the best customer service. We had an issue with the size and they were very accommodating. very honest compnany, and above all great prizes.

I got the Haunted Lolita Dress in purple for Christmas, and oh my goodness the price is an absolute steal! It has such great quality, comfy, fits well, no weird smells, and looks exactly like the picture! Definitely worth it!

The perfect back to school skirt for my teen. Arrived in decent time and is good quality. Durable, washable fabric. Attention to detail was nice, with the pleats tacked in place for shipping. Color exactly matches the picture.

Sizes are smaller than normal US sizes. My daughter is usually an XS and the S is an exact fit. Trust the sizing chart!

I had one concern about shipping and they responded to my email quickly and accurately. I suspect this will be one of our new favorite stores!

I would just like to say that this is a genuine kawaii clothing store, and the quality of the majority of their products is really good and actually worth the price! I had one product which the print kinda came of after one wash, hence the 4 stars, but i spent about £100 and honestly would again. Also if you're looking for decent wigs Id reccomed kawaiibabe 💖

Après une première commande qui n'a pas pu aboutir suite à un problème de douane, j'ai reçu un chèque-cadeau d'un montant légèrement supérieur à cette commande. J'ai donc repassé commande et tout s'est bien passé. Les articles sont fidèles à la description et les tailles parfaites. Très bonne expérience avec la responsable lors de nos échanges de mails.

Never got my order or any update about it. It is lost somewhere or was never send for all I know.
Also never got my money back.

Bought what I thought was going to be a cute purse for my granddaughter. It was advertised a vegan leather. The purse was fabric with a cheap woven strap. Not at all what was in the description.
After contacting the company they told me that vegan leather is fabric, and they would not give me a full refund unless I mailed back the purse at my own expense.
They did change the wording to vegan fabric now on this purse, but this did not help me, as it was done after my purchase, and they would not honor a full refund.
Disappointing and will not purchase from this site again.

I purchased some cute little hamster cable bites to "manage" my desk cords. They are absolutely adorable and get lots of attention. The entire experience was great and the shipping was much quicker than expected! They do a great job of checking in to make sure all is well, too. It's nice to get follow-up! I will be ordering again!

Update- ordered again, same great experience. Again shipping was pretty good, products came as expected.

Great Customer Service! One of the two pairs of shoes was not showing up on tracking but Customer Service made it right, they went above and beyond. I love the pair of shoes we got, my daughter was super happy with them!

I had ordered from "kawaii babe" several times,most of the times,they delivered the product as it is with high quality, unfortunately,my last ordered haven't been delivered to me,I waited two months and it didn't show up at the end. You should be aware that there are chances that your product won't be delivered.

I ordered 3 products from Kawaii Babe on August 31st. All the products came mid-late October in 2 separate packages. The "Baby Bun Plush" came first and it was incredibly soft and had no defects. The 2nd item was the "Sleep Cat Hoodie" which isn't soft on the outside but is in the inside. I recommend ordering a size or 2 up. I wanted to hoodie oversized but even after ordering a size up (Size M) it just fit perfectly. The final item was "Cat & Bunny Jewelled Pins" and one of the pins came as a necklace and not a pin. I contacted support about this and they responded the next day. Support gets a 5 star review from me, they were extremely friendly, helpful and the entire issue was sorted in 2 business days. I will be ordering from here again.

EDIT: I have received a partial refund for the bag and they would be shipping the straws as well as new bottles after I sent in a report of my review on PayPal. Would be increasing the review to 3 stars since they have actually replied, refunded and reshipped my order.

EDIT 2: Shipping for the straws and new bottles hasn't arrived (It has been a month). No tracking number has been sent to me even though they told me it would be shipped to me. Lowering down to two stars and possibly back to one if I still don't receive anything.

Recently brought some stuff from them. Just some strawberry bottles and a duffle bag. The items came at an okay speed, but the problem is the quality of these items. The items are in such poor quality, and the duffle bag that I received was nothing like the one shown on their website. It has a completely different design from the one that I ordered. The metal parts of the bag were also visibly rusting and it even rusted onto parts of the bag! Disgusting. The bottles that were said to 'come with straws' did not even have the straws that they said they would provide. There were also scratches around the bottles. Absolutely disappointed. Do not order or purchase items from them. Sent in an email today, no response. Hopefully a reply comes back but judging from the reviews here I would say that it would be unlikely.
