It’s legit and everything, and the Kava is good quality but it’s expensive, the delivery took long (edit: more than one week), which isn’t very nice since it’s another extra 13€. Other than that, it’s safe to buy there.

Solid vendor, been using them for years
I've been ordering from Kava Europe for a few years now and honestly they're great. The kava quality is really good - they stock products from the Kava Society in New Zealand, which is basically the gold standard for kava. You can taste and feel the difference compared to some of the sketchy stuff I tried early on from other places.
Deliveries are quick, usually get my order within 3-4 days. Never had any problems with packages arriving. Customer service actually responds when you email them questions about different types or preparation, which is nice.
They stock both traditional and instant varieties. I've tried most of what they have and everything's been excellent - proper effects, good quality.
Price-wise it might look more expensive than ordering direct from the Pacific at first glance, but when you factor in customs risks, potential seizures, import taxes and tariffs, it actually works out to better value. Plus you get it reliably and quickly. Just glad there's finally a reliable source for quality kava here.
Definitely recommend if you're in Europe and want actual good kava without the hassle.

Kava de qualidade excelente
Kava de qualidade excelente! Já encomendei várias vezes e estou sempre satisfeito. Eles trabalham exclusivamente com a Kava Society da Nova Zelândia, por isso a qualidade é mesmo de topo.
A primeira vez que encomendei, tive dificuldades em encontrar os detalhes do tracking e contactei o apoio ao cliente - responderam-me rapidamente e foram super prestáveis. O produto vem sempre bem embalado e chega em poucos dias.
Desde então já fiz mais umas quantas encomendas e correu sempre tudo bem. O envio é rápido e nunca tive problemas.
Recomendo vivamente para quem procura kava de qualidade na Europa

1 star – Never again!
I ordered from kavaeurope.eu and received the completely wrong product. I returned it at my own expense, but never received the correct item or a refund. Customer service did not respond at all. Luckily, I got my money back through buyer protection – without it, I would have lost everything. Very untrustworthy – I strongly advise against ordering from this site!

We’re sorry to see this review, as it does not accurately reflect how this case was handled.
Due to a packing mistake, you initially received a 200g traditional kava and a strainer bag instead of the 100g instant kava you ordered. As soon as this was reported, we offered two solutions:
- a full refund,
or
- resending the correct product.
To resolve the issue at no cost to you, we arranged a DPD courier pickup at our expense to collect the incorrectly delivered items. Unfortunately, the parcel was not handed over to the courier, so the return could not be completed.
Despite this, we still issued a 100% refund via PayPal, including the shipping costs you originally paid.
We always aim to respond, take responsibility for mistakes, and resolve issues fairly. We regret that this situation led to dissatisfaction, but we did everything possible to ensure you did not incur any loss.
