Scam outfit, do not use

You have to e-mail Katchme.co.uk if you want to return an item. They don't reply with return instructions. Katchme have your money and aren't interested in facilitating returns. Scam outfit, avoid.

This company is knowingly selling…

This company is knowingly selling faulty products.

I've ordered two pairs of jeans from them: one brown, one concrete. The brown pair is great. The concrete (gray) pair smells like a rotting corpse, and after weeks of trying every possible method of fixing it, I had to throw them away. I reported it to them and they offered me a 30% refund, probably to shut me up.

Months later, they are still selling the same thing with the same problem. I would love a pair in gray but don't dare order from them again.

If I could give 0 stars

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have been chasing a refund since October 2025 for two coats ordered not received. They have confirmed it was delivered which I also confirmed as well as on tracking it shows delivered but the 2 items were missing. I received other items in it but the 2 coats.

TikTok Jeans

I ordered a pair of the brown jeans (I already have 2 pairs) just after Christmas, they arrived today and fit perfectly!
The only criticism would be shipping, Royal Mail was expecting the parcel for about 5/6 days (roughly) which made me panic thinking I wasn’t getting them, but things happen and I think everyone needs to remember that everyone’s human and delays happen.
But anyways thank you for the jeans! They are the best jeans I’ve ever owned (along with everything else I’ve purchase before)🩷👖

I normally LOVE Katch Me jeans

I normally LOVE Katch Me jeans – the fit, style and quality are usually amazing, which is why this is so disappointing.

One pair I received has an extremely strong, unpleasant smell that has not gone away, even after washing. I’ve tried everything and the smell is still there. It’s honestly unwearable.

I’ve contacted Katch Me and TikTok Shop multiple times to return them, but my return requests keep being rejected, even though this is clearly a faulty item. I don’t want to keep these jeans – I just want to return them. Being told no because it’s “out of the return period” isn’t right when the item is defective.

This smell is very bad, not just a slight odour, and it makes the jeans unusable. I’m really upset because I’ve always rated this brand highly, but the lack of support over a faulty product is disappointing.

I hope this gets resolved properly, because I still love the brand – I just want a fair outcome.

Zero customer service consideration - Shocking company

I ordered expensive jeans from this company and wanted them for my holiday. They were the wrong jeans when they arrived plus they had an awful smell on them. I contacted them by email which was the only customer service option, They responded after a couple of days saying they will be happy to help so I sent them pics they requested and it took another few days for another response. Long story short I never got my jeans for my holiday and they did not refund the expensive postage and packing costs I incurred, totally like throwing money away, Shocking company with zero customer service consideration.

Awful quality

Awful quality. Sales team are promoting long lasting high quality products. I had a pair of jeans costing £30 which lasted 4 months before material wore away creating holes. Got in contact with customer service team. Awful customer service no care about the quality of their products and false advertising. I have many jeans from primark which have lasted years for a fraction of the price. Please do not purchase from this company.

No refund money

I returned the exact item I received because the pants were too big on me and they told me that they received the item but that it didn’t match any item from their store and didn’t want to refund me. Mind you, they had not reached out to me about this and I wouldn’t have known anything if I hadn’t messaged them. I sent back the exact item I received and nothing. Please be careful with this company.

Returned my jeans and had acknowledged…

Returned my jeans and had acknowledged that they have received them and will refund but still have not received the refund tried sending emails to the contact they provide but the email are not sending . Tried numerous times and a Briton of the email addresses they provide

This place is a joke

This place is a joke. I have been trying to return something for over the past 2 weeks and noone is getting back to me. Iv emailed 3 times as per instructions. It looks as though lots of people are experiencing the same thing.
