As a student, Kassoom has honestly helped more than my teacher at school. My tutor, Mr Ayanda, goes so much more in depth and is very patient with the questions I ask. Overall a very good tutor company.

They accommodated my son to do his tutoring even in a short noticed. They are easy to get hold if we have any concerns and the tutor is very good.

I have had my ups and downs with Kassoom when I initally joined, but the team have significantly improved. Communicaton is much more clearer with the team, so there has been a significant decrease in altercations.

However, the tutoring itself is great (5 stars!). My tutor, Kavneet, has ben tutoring me since year 10 and she is one of the reasons I have gone from a grade 3 to a grade 8 in chemistry. I really appreciate how kind and patient she has been throughout my learning journey.

We have been with Kassoom for about 18 months. Parveen started tutoring my daughter the last few months. Parveen is patient. He explains in a way that my daughter understands and also assists her with past gcse papers. I would highly recommend Parveen.

Kassom is a SCAM is better to study by yourself even tho it may help sometimes maths is the one subject you shouldn’t study with a tutor my old tutor Tanzila is a very BAD tutor she is always on her phone and when I ask her to demonstrate an example that I don’t know how to do she will tell me “do it again” or she will explain without a desmontration while she is on call or just texting someone NO EXPERIENCE she always comes in late and leaves early like come on. they get there worksheets from google and it’s very bad when i get a question correct she is distracted and she will tell me that is wrong. I wonder if the manger or the boss from the company watches the recordings because they do not help i’ve just been wasting my money on maths i’ve not been learning ANYTHING at all and i engage very much. Pls get better teacher that are WILLING to help not just some random people that say they “know” because they just don’t this is a complaint to Tanzila a person working in Kassom thank you.

I have been with Kassoom for two years now. I have referred two of my friends who have also had a fantastic experience.
My son has had so many wonderful lessons and loves his tutor. The customer support team have been wonderful and always help me reschedule quickly if needs be. I would highly recommend Kassoom. I have never had any issues and love this company.

The company commited what I belive may well be fraud. I am unclear as to whether this is all really a scam. We cancelled after a couple of lessons as the tutor knew less than my daughter. I asked what qualifications the tutor had, but nothing was forthcoming. He did not address the points for which we had employed a tutor, but carried on with
a pre-made plan. I suspect he wasn't capable of vering off script. After we cancelled, Kassoom still carried on taking money by Direct Debit from my account for several weeks. We asked time and time again for them to stop and to return the money via thier contact Pam. She kept saying she had contacted accounts. They kept taking money till we cancelled the direct debit. There are still no refunds and now no response as Pam no longer answers our messages. We have raised with our bank to investigate as possible fraud or at least a breach of the Direct Debit legislation.

This company is made of scammers, I cancelled after trying out just one lesson, i was within my 14 day cooling off period, I received a confirmation email about my cancellation, but no mention of my refund.
I emailed, phones and texted over 10 times, the call centre promised to speak to account and get back to me on every occasion, but they didn't fulfill their promises.
I asked to speak to a manager, no manager available, i have asked for their complaint procedure, non existent.
I texted the mobile numbers that used to bombard me with phone calls to sign up, no answer or reply to my messages.
Kassoom is shambles, it's made of some scammers from overseas and they just use a uk address.
I had an awful experience and writing this review i wish parents would be careful dealing with them or even bett Avoiding them all together.

I cannot thank Parveen and the Kassoom team enough for all the support through the past year. My daughter was struggling with Maths. I found Kassoom Tutoring and my daughter is now enjoying while learning. Her math significantly improved and she went a level up at school this year. Her grades are much better now. I highly recommend Kassoom Tutoring.

Booked a trial session, got a zoom link and no one ever joined. The 'director' called after waiting for the zoom to begin 9 minutes later asking if everything was fine. Not sure if this is a scam or what. Don't pay or book with them - seem super dodgy!

I approached a few companies for A' Level Maths tuition for my daughter and Kasoom were the most responsive and proactive. They arranged a free 30 minute trial lesson and the CEO met us before and after it. My daughter clicked with the tutor straightaway. We were offered a package we couldn't refuse and my daughter's confidence grew with each lesson. She worked well with the tutor and I think she actually enjoyed the lessons. She has just taken her Maths exams and is feeling positive about her final results. I thoroughly recommend Kasoom tutoring and am grateful to the team.
