In addition, we took extra steps to enhance your experience by assigning a teaching assistant to monitor each session—ensuring timely joining, proper lesson delivery, and adherence to a personalised lesson plan tailored to your needs.
As per your request, we also paused your billing while resolving the issue.

Be careful with the payments
This private tutoring academy has tried to charge me for more lessons than my daughter actually had. Keep careful records and note all lessons received and all payments made. If a lesson is missed for any reason, because you can’t attend, record it and keep the communications.
I was told that I had paid for fewer lessons than were given, and I had to prove that all the lessons taken were reflected in the bank records. They are a disaster. You send WhatsApp messages and they take a long time to reply, then they change their WhatsApp number and you don’t know which one to write to or if they are even active.
Right now, I am incredibly stressed. I was told I hadn’t paid for lessons, and I felt an enormous frustration. I had to send WhatsApps with changes of lesson days, for vacation lessons, and provide them with bank statements showing all the lessons paid for. I don’t understand it. On top of that, you don’t know who to send it to or who is receiving it. I feel helpless.
I have never been told that I hadn’t paid for something. I don’t owe anyone anything. Be careful.
After all the frustration, a supervisor called me and asked what I wanted, as if I were the one who caused all of this, and offered me a free lesson. I don’t want anything. They are the ones who caused the problem. And then they offer me a free lesson? No, I just want them to stop accusing me of not having paid.”

But I believe it’s a scam they continue to take money out my account when we finished lessons in October
Asked for a refund and they agreed but now have refused to take my calls,emails and messages I also received a message saying that everything was resolved and they had try to contact me and that was a complete lie
Nothing has been resolved still to this day

They are not an honest business, paid for a few lessons, after that they somehow used my banking details to deduct money monthly without my permission, pleaded for a refund that I am still waiting for. Use them at your own risk, fraudulent, fraudulent.

Through Kassoom I was able to see a noticeable improvement in my marks for Maths compared to the start of the year. The classes are very flexible with the session times and covers the content in an affective manner. My Tutor, Rusenza, approaches the content in a way that is easy to grasp different topics.

I was urgently looking for a maths tutor for my two children aged 15 and 12, when I came across Kassoom. I've been with Kassoom for 4 months and my kids have really settled well with their maths teacher Rusenza. He's an amazing teachger who listens to my childrens needs within the maths subject and helps them to achieve their top grades! I highly recommend Kassoom if you're looking for any tutors, and if you're looking for a maths tutor, you must definitely ask for Rusenza!

Instant Refund and good communication
I subscribed to their tutoring service months back, but due to some personal issues I had to stop before starting, so I asked for a refund the team instantly did the refund, and their communication is great. Imagine such reliable tutor service in UK. Students are so lucky.
