I found my MOJO!! Karen is amazing and such a heart Centered coach. She is caring and down to earth and really gets it. I am so grateful to have been a part of the program that she shared, and got so much value out of it. One more day to go, and I am so excited each morning, just knowing I will be connecting with her. The information has been invaluable and life changing. So grateful for Karen and her team, words don't embody the feeling I have after this week. Extreme weight loss journey..
I had gained weight over the past years & tried several diets but never had the weight loss I desperately wanted, was at the point of giving up. I tried Karen's 6 month plan & was amazed by the results. I lost 2 & a half stone which amazed me as it really wasn't that hard. Karen was amazing with all her support & lots of delicious recipes to follow. I knew exactly what to do everyday of the journey. I really didn't think it would be that easy as I have always struggled in the past. The supplements were amazing & allowed me to eat eggs again after not being able to for years. My stats internally also improved & overall I'm a much healthier person. I have never felt as supported doing any other plan or had the successes I did with this one. I'm now a happier slimmer me. Thank you!
