Absolutely brilliant. I’ve been having my brows micro-bladed by Geraldine here for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Really natural look and am always delighted with end result. 100% recommend!

I have been seeing Geraldine for my eyebrows for a few years now. I'm so happy with the results. My brows are a great shape and colour and require no maintenance, just a top up every 9-12 months. Geraldine's friendly and professional manner put me at ease from the first visit. I trust her completely and am so grateful I no longer have to mess around with powders and pencils to replace the brows I lost to alopecia. A great experience from start to finish - I was initially very nervous and unsure about having permanent makeup on my eyebrows, but I need not have worried; Geraldine was fantastic from the outset, putting me at ease with her gentle reassuring approach, depth of knowledge and vast experience. She answered all my questions and more, so I knew I was in safe hands.
The process itself was painless, just felt mildly scratchy briefly.
They now look naturally fuller and give me a real confidence boost every time I look in the mirror.
Highly recommended. Just wish I’d had them done years ago!

I was made welcome as always on arrival. Karen, as ever made a great job of my brows. Procedure very comfortable process.

I didn’t trust anyone to “do” my eyebrows for many years. They disappeared for two years before I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism - first signal for that is disappearing eyebrows. A young MAN friend of mine recommended Corrina in Mayfair - Karen Betts…. His girlfriend had been and was very happy with her results. I went through with the treatment. Brilliant. She is the ultimate beautician. Very artistic! Above all she listens and follows my instructions to the letter. I now have perfect eyebrows that LOOK like eye brows and not dead mice. I’ve just had my third treatment and I cannot recommend Karen Betts - trained technicians highly enough. My face now looks complete.

Well what can I say, Karen as been doing my brows for years and I would never go anywhere else. After plucking my brows from the age of 13/14 (I'm now almost 69) I was left with very sparse brows so I had them digitally done as a model at one of Karens training academies. The results were amazing and I couldn't believe the difference it made to my face.
Since then Karen as done the microblading method and the results are incredible. Karen and her team are so professional and so friendly ,they put you at ease
and explain everything about the procedure, healing and aftercare process. I would definitely recommend Karen and her Team .Thankyou so much Karen

Beautiful and clean clinic. Vikki was amazing. She explained everything as she went along. The numbing cream and her expertise meant that it was not painful. The end result is amazing. Vikki is a true master of her craft with years of experience. I would highly recommend

This time I went to Vikki as Karen was away with her busy schedule.

This is the fourth time I have had my eyebrows micro bladed or a colour boost at Karen Betts . I have had three different ladies and I am always nervous when I hear that I am getting someone I haven’t had before but I can honestly say that all three ladies have been exceptional. I haven’t any eyebrows due to thyroid problems so when I get my boosted set each time I feel so much better about myself .It took a long time for me to find the courage to get them done originally and my daughter did lots of research .I would never go anywhere else now . Helena , Gemma and yesterday Jamie-Lee all put me at ease and made sure I was 100% happy before I left and always explain aftercare to keep the best results.

Really good treatment, and felt at ease. Jamie-Lee was really good. This was a colour top up and she went to a lot of trouble to measure me and agree the final shape, which made me feel confident of the result. So far so good. Many thanks.

As the years rolled by my brows got thinner and thinner . I stumbled across Karen Betts, I’m so pleased I did. My technician Jamie-Lee gave my “new” brows such a lovely shape. I would highly recommend.

Geraldine Viljoen did my eyebrows tattooing. She is amazing! So very talented and friendly. I am so fond of her. I never had any problems with my eyebrows. And I did it before and after my chemotherapy, it was a god sent for me.

I would like to thank the team at Karen Betts and especially Vicky. I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and friends with lived experience encouraged me to get my eyebrows tattooed, prior to starting treatment. I was not in the best mental health state following my diagnosis and was then faced with finding a tattoo artist. When I contacted Karen Brett’s, they listened and spent one hour talking me through the procedure, which provided me huge reassurance. They were flexible and accommodating re: scheduling my appointment prior too chemo. I cannot thank Vicky enough, who spent time listening to what I wanted and was incredibly detailed in her work, as she was aware I would not be able to have a top up due to starting treatment. I absolutely love my eyebrows and subtle eyeliner tattoo. It’s been the best part of this whole debacle. I will be a long term customer of KB and Vicky’s work has given me some confidence at a time when my body is compromised in every way. Thank you. Victoria

Fantastic Result.
Just been for my first top up after my initial application nearly 18 months ago (it has lasted really well).
Karens work is so very good and my brows look perfectly natural. Staff are super professional and friendly, making this a stress free and comfortable experience. Will be keeping this up and already have my next appointment booked for next year.

Professional, caring and a quality service from start to finish.
I was petrified at the thought of getting my eyebrows done after they all but disappeared during the menopause.
Following a recommendation by a friend of a friend, I looked at the Karen Betts website and tentatively filled out the form. Angie called a few days later and talked me through every detail on the phone, happy to answer my endless questions! Jaimie-Lee was brilliant the two times I’ve seen her in London - she could see how nervous I was and instantly put me at ease, listened and has given me exactly what I wanted!
The after-care is also very detailed and exactly what I needed.
I can’t recommend them both highly enough!
